I can't tell you how much I hope I get this job. I enjoy my current one - and I absolutely love my coworkers - BUT - this is a huge opportunity. If I get this promotion I will go from hourly to salaried, from a regular employee to an officer of the bank. Instead of teaching tellers how to count money I will be determining their salaries.

Please guys, I need your prayers and encouragement. My interview is at 9am on Monday morning. I don't think I have much competition, and my boss (who is a truly wonderful person) fully supports me. It would be a career change, but one that would be more tailored to my skills, I believe.

The last time I asked for your thoughts you all totally came through for me. I can't tell you how much all of your good will has meant to me in the past. This is a really, really positive thing. If I get the job I will be very comfortable financially, and very proud emotionally. Please keep your fingers crossed, say a prayer, and wish me luck! :wave:
