USA just posted Psych's new promo on the show's official Twitter feed. In it, they make the not-so-subtle point that The Mentalist kind of ripped them off.

they've been airing those commercials all week - and i said the same thing as soon as I first heard about the Mentalist, it is kinda a ripoff of the whole concept of Psych - just without the humor element.
