This sitcom was very messy. I couldn't handle it after a while. After seeing almost the whole series in syndication, I can say that this was pretty bad. Jack wasn't the same with Vicki.

One of the main problems was that everyone had high expectations with Three's Company being probably the funniest sitcom of the 80's and 90's. If this were an ordinary show, it wouldn't of been too bad. I liked it, not as much as Three's Company of course but I could watch it. In fact, I used to always watch it when it was on WNYW Saturday nights in the late 80's, early 90's(too young to remember which years, sorry)--I believe at 10p or 10:30p. I miss it and am hoping one of these months it will show up on TV Land like it's supposed to!

You're right about that one! Nothing can compare to Three's Company.

I feel one of the big problems was the casting.. even when I see it now I feel the same way I did when I first saw 3's a crowd.. Vicki sucks.. she is boring and a fake janet wood ( with no charm )..!!! I always felt that Jack had the best taste in women.. and when I saw Vicki I thought she was fat and nasty bore.. and Jack kinda slipped??? I thought man, jack has lost it.. this chick is the worst one of ALL the women he ever wanted or had!!!

* also i feel john ritter "made" Jack into an Adult Man.. in the last few episodes of 3's company.. it was like jack was not with it anymore.. ( he made fun of the new punk music of the time.. ) jack always seem like the cool guy who was always on top of the new trends???

* also I feel john/producers/writers KILLED the jack character in the spin off.. They actually had Jack Tripper can't get a hard on????? that is crazy!

the producer were just grasping at straws.
