I could see Freddy "Boom Boom" Washington cracking the top ten though, I have to admit! He was way cooler than Barbarino or Epstein.

But Doc Baker was the glue that held Little House together. He delivered every baby, was in the middle of every tragedy (hundreds of them!), he survived all the diseases that knocked out lesser men, and he was the best baseball player in Walnut Grove!

If I go further: "I can't believe I forgot about Sanford and Son...one of my all-time fave shows!" Sanford dominates my 11-15 rankings

11. Freddy Washington
12. Rollo -- excellent choice I forgot about!
13. Fred Sanford
14. Grady
15. Sam the Butcher
16. Uncle Arthur
17. George Jefferson
18. Lamont Sanford
19. Captain Kangaroo
20. Mr.Green Jeans
