I'm sure everyone here knows that the Connor's have meatloaf ALL THE TIME and now whenever I make meatloaf, I think of the show. Anyone else think of the Connor's whenever you eat or make meatloaf? Can anyone else think of another "Connor food staple"?

Hehe, Meat loaf was always on their menu...also Chilli..and Dan loved his Corn! :D

In Home Ec Roseanne says it's cheap and fast to make so that's probably why they always had it.

I did try it once...it wasn't really my cup of tea though, it was dry and bland..maybe it was how I made it :lol:

I have not, but there is a restaurant here in Madison, WI, (used to be called Maid Rite) that serves loose meat sandwiches in a 50s style diner and they are very good! I only stop by once and awhile, because I always end up getting the sandwich and the fries and the homemade malts and.... But I always think about Roseanne when I'm enjoying one!
