I just watched this episode on Nick at Nite and I can see why a lot of you guys (and gals!) are ticked at this station. They totally RUINED the ending, by showing a STUPID promo for the next show (in this case, "The Nanny"). Normally I wouldn't mind, but they had the voice over talking while the ending of Family Matters was still going on , so I totally missed the very ending lines!!! Pardon my French but :cuss: :cuss: :cuss:

However, just as I came over here to complain, I did a Google Search for the title and found it on Youtube! The whole episode! How cool is that? So now I can watch it whenever I want to.

This was the eppy where Steve (Jalell White) got tickets to the New Edition concert and then Laura's boyfriend Stephan ( also Jalell White!) surprised her by showing up during the concert! Awwww... Really cute from what I could see. The ending was really romantic and I was so ticked that Nick at Nite would ruin it like that. Thank God for Youtube!

How annoying!

Here in Sweden, the swedish channel TV4 Comedy shows Family Matters, the unedited episodes with no comercial interuptions. I think that's great. That should do the same over there.

That would be WONDERFUL! Thank goodness we have TV on DVD and Youtube, though.

I will never understand why American networks destroy the old shows this way. Showing the episodes in their full length should be more important than cramming in even more commercials.

Yes, I think so too.
