I've been wanting to get a verified account on the site for awhile. I signed up with my email address 8 months ago, and when I input my bank account, it said my account was suspended for some reason. I tried again today, and the same thing came up, saying that my account was still suspended. I then used another email that I use, and signed up, then verified my bank account with that new email address on the site and no luck- still the same problem happened. I'm wondering if somebody can help me? I probably have to call my bank. But anyways, do you use Paypal? and for what? buyer? seller? etc.

I've been using Paypal to buy off of Ebay and other sites for several years now, I love it. Haven't tried the account verify thing though because I never use it to sell anything.

I've been using Paypal to pay for things I buy on ebay as well. It's been almost two years since I first started, and I haven't had any problems. I never entered my account number though. Just my credit card number was all that I entered.

I've used paypal for some years now and haven't had problems. In your case though, you might have to fax them a copy of your license for identification purposes.

You might have to call they're support line, or shoot them an email. Nothing like that has ever happened to me before.

Yeah, that sounds like an issue to take up with Paypal and your bank themselves.

I've had a verified account on Paypal for a long-ass time now... no problems. I used it the most often to buy stuff from eBay years ago, but now I mainly use it for transactions to other people. I owe my old roomie some money and she lives in another state now, so it's easier to Paypal her the money. Stuff like that.

I don't know the solution to your problem, but I would contact PayPal or your bank's customer service department. I use Paypal to buy and occasionally sell things on eBay and iOffer. I've used it at BN.com and other shopping websites too. It's nice not having to give your payment information to every website and sometimes eBay gives PayPal coupons.

I didn't verify until I noticed a lot of the eBay sellers weren't accepting payments from buyers who weren't verified. It protects them from getting scammed, but I'm not exactly sure how.

Yeah it sucks, and ok I'll try that. Does anybody know if paypal customer support or if paypal has some sort of email address I can contact about this? And if so, what it is? That would be a big help. Thanks.
