View Full Version : Big Brother 11
Brent88 07-19-2009, 04:50 AM Is anyone watching? I was very bored initially but it's gotten really good since the middle of this past week. Thursday's show was amazing but I am getting so sick of Ronnie, Lydia, Chima(after her rant on the live show), and the athletes minus Jeff, but really like the rest of the house.
Here's some spoilers about what's happened since Thursday:
Jeff and Laura were nominated for eviction. Jeff won the veto. There has been serious discussions about backdooring Russell, although Jessie is against it, and Ronnie is flip flopping tell both sides different stories, just like last week, so who knows what he'll do. Casey's name is the other main one being thrown around as the possible replacement if it's not Russell.
HuntingtonM15 07-19-2009, 05:11 AM Ugh, I can't believe what a horrible, nasty person Lydia is. I actually felt sorry for her at the beginning when she was on the block. She is so two-faced it's sick. She has no power so I'm not sure why she's on this massive power trip. I can't wait until she gets kicked off of her high horse. I also hate the athletes besides Jeff, especially Russell. And yeah, both Ronnie and Chima also suck.
TripperFan 07-19-2009, 09:46 AM KILL JESSE.....KILL JESSE NOW!! I can't stand the guy. Perfect for him though to be in a house with all those mirrors and cameras for him to admire himself in.
And I wonder if he gets put on slop for a week, does that mean he'll have to cutout the steriods too? ;)
dakert 07-19-2009, 01:01 PM I looked forward to Big Brother in the summer months but these past 3 seasons havent been very good
HuntingtonM15 07-19-2009, 05:12 PM I looked forward to Big Brother in the summer months but these past 3 seasons havent been very good
BB9 was beyond awful, but I loved all the rest since BB5.
Brent88 07-19-2009, 05:48 PM Season 9 was absolutely dreadful, I agree. Season 8 was quite good to start but I HATED that the Donatos won. It really put a huge stain on the season for me. Last season I felt started off weak(still was blah from the previous 2 seasons), but I absolutely loved Dan/Memphis by the end and was so excited when they made F2, and then when Dan won in a unanimous vote.
As for this season... I just cannot stand Lydia and what she did to get off the block last week. :soapbox:
JulieSomoski 07-19-2009, 06:01 PM Ronnie and Lydia could just about be the 2 most annoying contestants ever on Big Brother. Their asses need to go home soon, especially Ronnie. Makes me mad how he's HOH this week.
Chima should have went home last week after her rant during the live voting. I like Jeff, but I can't stand any of the other athletes as well. Hate Russell has well, but the idea of Jessie being back is warming up to me.
So far, this is a pretty good season. I thought last season was one of the best yet, and this one isn't disappointing so far.
Brent88 07-19-2009, 09:06 PM Ronnie and Chima have to be the most hated BB players ever. I can't even stand to hear them talk anymore. Ronnie is a big weasel and Chima is a complete b*tch.
mathysits 07-20-2009, 08:30 AM I like all Big Brothers and All Big Sisters also
All big fathers and All big mothers!
all these boring relatives .... wasting my time
TeeVeeCloset 07-20-2009, 11:43 AM I must confess to one of my guilty TV pleasures, it has been Big Brother and I haven't missed any of the now 11 editions....so with that said, I'm not enjoying this cast of housemates at all....I don't like the clique idea because it changed the premise of the game too much having a group of people not being able to be nominated for eviction. It takes the worry & intense feelings out of the game, not enough bickering, not enough tension....this cast is extremely boring, the network episodes are edited enough to keep them interesting, but I also watch "Big Brother After Dark" the live nightly 3 hour feed on Showtime 2...previous casts made thet show exciting, even waiting to have a huge blow-up once they knew they were live or just having a good drinking game of quarters or feeding the spider, they entertained, even waiting to take showers until the showtime show.....this cast just seems so boring and as a man, the only female eye candy is Jordan, as for the rest of the cast, I barely care or know their names....and that is the first time in 11 editions I can say that!

Agreed - hearing Ronnie speak, just looking at him, makes me sick. Jeff and Laura in no way deserved to go up. But, if Ronnie's plan does work out, and Russell ends up going on the block, or going home, Ronnie could be the one to go home next week. Clearly if Russell goes home, Ronnie's alliance with half the house would be crushed.
Right now, I'm all for Russell going home. I definitely don't want to see Laura, or Casey, go home yet. Chima should have been the one to go home last week - she won't last for very long, though.

I don't like the clique idea either, but I have to disagree that they're boring. There's just as much fights, if not more, than there usually are at this point. I may hate half of the house, but so far it's making good TV.
TripperFan 07-20-2009, 02:38 PM Ronnie's doing too much too fast and anytime that happens they get caught. His dorky ass will be heading home soon enough. There's now a huge target on his back.
And I'm sorry, I know this sounds bad, but I can't even look at Chima's face anymore - her lips are just too freakishly large. I actually thought I was watching a massive anus moving when she was talking.

Can't argue there. It's no wonder she's always walking around with those big sunglasses on, lol. Why is she even on the brains clique again?

I'm trying to figure that one out myself. Funny you'd mention the sunglasses. I don't think she looks all that bad from just below the nose up, yet that's the part that's getting covered cuz she's so cool she ****s icecubes! ;)
There's no way those lips would be plastic surgery, unless it was Tara Reid's old doctor!! It honestly looks as though someone has glued a bagel to her face and she's just put lipstick all over it.
And a hint for her - you never use gloss, glitter or metallic makeup on a flaw that needs to be "reduced" - if anything, she just draws attention using that dark, metallic lipstick. EEEEWWWWW!

That's hilarious...
So the veto ceremony is over:
Jordan went up in Jeff's place, so Laura is very likely going on Thursday.

Oh man, I can't stop laughing at that one
Anyways, I take it everyone has been watching the live feeds? A few things to point out, in spoiler mode of course:
Everyone found out about Ronnie's scheming, and while they're all talking about him, he's in his HOH room shedding a few tears. Everyone figured out everything thanks to Laura, who Ronnie accused of lying when she never did. Laura knows she's going home, and everyone is apologizing to her for it. Jeff won the POV and Ronnie put up Jordan in his place - before this happened, Ronnie told Jordan he would not be putting her up. Meanwhile, they plan on backdooring Ronnie next week, with Michele and Chima throwing the HOH competition.
You can watch some of the feeds here:

He's one of the biggest wimps I've ever seen on BB. If they can backdoor him next week, I say congrats to them, because he deserves it. It's about time they smarten up and see what's around them. I'd hate to see either 1 of the 2 nominees go home so early, though. I guess that's what they get for being smarter than the rest, lol.
Hopefully CBS doesn't edit this stuff too badly tonight, because I'd like to see everything exposed like it was on the feeds.
JulieSomoski 07-21-2009, 04:22 PM Updated Big Brother Spoiler:
Jessie and Natalie are now supposedly on the side of Ronnie, and plan on telling Michele and Chima not to throw the HOH.
Interesting . . . I hated Jessie being back from the beginning.

I suspect most of the stuff from last night won't be on til Thursday. Tonight's show will end with the veto ceremony which was before all this happened.

Ugh. :( My biggest fear is that the athletes+brains have strong odds of winning HOH and they won't follow through.

Chances are the HOH will be a strength competition, since the last one was a mental competition (which is why Ronnie won it). So, even if Michele and Chima don't throw it, they probably won't win it anyways. And, if someone other than Jessie and Natalie can win, Ronnie will probably go up.
Of course, things hardly happen like you want them to in the Big Brother house ;)

Forgot all about that. I hate knowing all this stuff but having to wait until Thursday to watch it on television.
I probably won't be watching BB tonight anyways - season premiere of Hell's Kitchen and AGT are on tonight against it.

Ronnie told his alliance on Sunday it should be majority rules(where everyone has two choices and who doesn't vote with the majority is out), and he showing them how to cheat. As in they all answer the same way until the others are eliminated(since their side had the numbers). I suspect BB will change it up now.
The editing tonight was lame, first they showed the Jordan not being able to tell time, which Braden was still in the house then, and then they showed absolutely ZERO evidence of Ronnie putting up Jordan. Way too much focus on backdooring Russell which didn't even happen.

Most of the second half of the episode was talk of backdooring Russell. I loved that plan. Then backstabbing Ronnie had to be a weasel and put Jordan on the block against Laura. What a coward. I really can't take stomach this dude. I think they edited the episode to make the Russell thing look like a big deal so it would be a shocker when Jordan was put up at the end.
Along with Ronnie, I can't stand Chima, Russell, Lydia, and Jessie either. I don't have an opinion on Natalie, Kevin and Michelle yet. Casey is alright. And I like Jordan, Jeff, and Laura.

Ronnie's gameplay is bizarre to me. I really can't stand watching this guy anymore. If he doesn't go home next week I might just stop watching altogether. He's completely ruining the season for me.
Last night's episode was all over the place. From the live feeds, we know the partial reason why Ronnie put up Jordan, but they showed none of that in the episode. They probably wanted to keep it a mystery to those without the feeds, but still, Ronnie didn't just put Jordan up for no reason.
Unfortunately, Laura will definitely be evicted on Thursdays. I'd be shocked if she wasn't. I don't like it, but that's how the game goes i guess.

I don't hate Russell, but they really made him out to be the threat of the house last night, when he really isn't. Clearly, though, Jordan, Jeff, and that side of the house are going to go after Ronnie and Ronnie only next week. It'll depend on whether they get the other side of the house to go along with it. Let's just hope the brains don't win HOH.
Casey, Jordan, Jeff, and Laura are by far the house favorites. They're the most likeable ones there, and I feel sorry for all 4 of them, because they probably won't last long. Michelle and Natalie are alright but the rest I really don't care for. There's far too many unlikeable personalities in the house this season, which may be why ratings are slightly down.
Brent88 07-23-2009, 09:34 PM Not happy about tonight. Laura leaving was no surprise, but I'm really upset about Jessie winning HOH AGAIN. I bet Ronnie survives this week.

I cant stand to see Jessie HOH again. Since he wants Ronnie to stay, he'll most likely be sticking around for at least another week. Perhaps they should get smart and try to get Jessie out in the coming weeks.

I think among the athletes Jessie is the biggest threat(physically), and he's also the brains of the group(mentally). He was the one who convinced Ronnie and the others to not backdoor Russell. Plus Jessie has played the game before, which makes him an automatic threat in any case.
I'm expecting someone of Casey/Michele/Jordan to be the target this week. The only good news is that Jeff is safe.

There's been talk of sending home Casey before, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him up this week. Michele could also be another weak personality that they might want to get out early. I think the atheletes winning HOH again is not a good thing for the house, though. The power is going to become too one-sided from this point on.
Brent88 07-28-2009, 10:22 PM Well Casey is up and almost certainly going... This episode sucked and this season is getting worse and worse. The athletes(in particular Jessie/Natalie) are controlling every single thing that happens. I desperately hope the other side wins HOH on Thursday or I seriously may be done with this show. It sounds like the cliques are being broken up, blah.

It's no surprise that Casey and Michelle (then Jordan) were the ones on the block this week. This week does seem to be a little less fun since the athletes and their "friends" are in control of the house...again. Hopefully someone from the other side (Jordan, Jeff, Michelle) will win HOH for next week.
I was shocked when Kevin and Lydia were considering switching sides. I hope they do. Jordan, Jeff, and Michelle need them in order to get the others out. If Kevin and Lydia do go down that route, things will hopefully look like this:
Jordan, Jeff, Michelle, Kevin, Lydia vs. Jessie, Natalie, Ronnie, Russell, Chima.
FancastFan 07-29-2009, 03:20 PM Hey all, just a reminder, the weekly live chat with the latest evicted BB House Guest is happening on Fancast on Friday, 7/31 at 3:15 pm Eastern/12:15 pm Pacific (http://www.fancast.com/blogs/live-chat/fancast-live-chat-with-eliminated-big-brother-11-contestant/).

Each week we chat with the guest evicted the night before on the live CBS broadcast. So far, BB fans have had great chats with Braden and Laura - and they also usually reveal some interesting tidbit not so discernible on TV - so stop by and chat with the Banana Man or the girl who may not be "the smartest crayon in the box," but come on, she is adorable!:)

I really can't stand to see the athletes controlling the house. The entire clique idea was a bad one from the start, but apparently the producers realize that and are breaking them up on Thursday's show from what I heard.
Seeing Casey go up on the block for absolutely no reason is disappointing to me. Jessie has this game controlled perfectly and its something you hate to see. I'm completely with Brent on this one - if another athlete wins HOH on Thursday, I'm done with the show. Hopefully, though, if the cliques are broken up, someone like Jeff, Jordan, or Michele will win HOH. They are obviously the ones that will turn the house around the way it needs to.

Brent88 07-31-2009, 12:37 AM Eh. I wanted Jeff to win but I think Russell is going after Ronnie. Don't completely trust him but I feel better about him after tonight.
The coup de tat sounds very interesting.

Yeah, maybe it'll actually get used this season, instead of the waste that it was in All-Stars.
TeeVeeCloset 07-31-2009, 10:58 AM During the first hour of last nights 7/31 Big Brother After Dark after the HOH was decided, Jessie was openly talking about the coup de tat and that they had two weeks to use it, etc....he knew all the rules and he wasn't talking like speculation.....how did he know?, julie said on air, this was a surprise that only one house guest would know about and it hasn't even been given or awarded yet.

I was also gunning for Jeff to win this week, but I've warmed up to Russell. As long as his alliance with Jessie and the gang continues to get weaker, hopefully we'll see Jessie, Natalie, or Ronnie go home this week.
My bets for the coup de tat is Jeff, so hopefully he'll at least win that. The power in the house needs to get shaken up.

I know that...but julie didn't say what the twist was, she only said that a person will have all the power to change the game..and yes she said it was valid for two weeks...but its a far stretch for jessie to automatically assume correctly that it is a repeat of the coup de tat....big brother does repeat things but he was saying it like he knew exactly which seems fishy to me.

It's not really that unusual. BB is not that creative, and the houseguests are constantly speculating things.

I guess, but I disagree about it not being creative, I'm not saying it always works..such as the clique, lets face it they dumped out of it after 3 weeks because it changed the game too much, they make up the rules depending on the ratings as the summer progresses ...but as for no surprises...in the past..... the first season there was no veto, no slop, then they added the golden veto, they put relatives in the house, then twins, broken up lovers, brought evicted houseguests back, did all-stars.....my point was for the last time, Jessie was not speculating, he knew exactly what the surprise was and for a show that its slogan is "expect the unexpected" it is kinda strange, he would know exactly from julie's words that they were repeating the coup de tat. Plus since he was not involved when they first did it, I doubt Jessie knows the past history of the show as well as some of the other houseguests, he is in it for the glamour and to further his modeling career, he was a musclehead model...and he isn't the brightest bulb in the bunch.

Actually, compared to other shows, namely Survivor, CBS completely drops the ball on BB. Yes, season 2 was a massive improvement from season 1, but other than that, they always ruin things. They never make them as good as they should be. All-Stars was horrible. I was expecting so much out of that season, but it was awful in the end. Everything from casting to the so-called "twists" that were coming. I don't think Jessie knew for sure, because there's no way it would have been confirmed for him. He's not a fan favorite, so the show's producers would never give him an advantage. Even with the popular houseguests, I don't believe they are ever given these privileges, even though it's always assumed. Like last year, most people thought CBS gave Dan the jacket for the endurance competition so he would win.

JulieSomoski 08-01-2009, 03:32 PM Finally, some good nominations!
I agree with the first one. The second one, I don't understand that one much at all, considering how they weren't really a threat. IMO, it should have been Ronnie and either Jessie or Natalie on the block. If Russell is going to go against his old alliance to form a new one with Jeff, then either Jessie or Natalie needed to go up to seal the deal. But, let's just hope it's Ronnie going home on Thursday.
JulieSomoski 08-01-2009, 03:35 PM Actually, compared to other shows, namely Survivor, CBS completely drops the ball on BB.
I never doubt BB for being rigged. It's pretty obvious that producer Alison Grodner always helps the contestants she likes. For instance, season 8: the entire season was clearly rigged in favor of Evel Dick and his daughter to end up in the final two. The least they could have done was try to keep it hidden, lol. It was so blatantly obviously I stopped watching halfway through the season.

I don't doubt that they invent twists (like bringing back the coup de tat this season) to help the popular houseguests get further, but I don't think they give certain ones inside information that others don't have. It's rigged to an extent, but not completely. If that were the case, the Sov 6 would have gotten much further in BB6 and the Friendship would have been taken apart. No one wanted to see that awful bitch Maggie win the show, and obviously Boogie was nowhere near popular. They would have rigged it for Janelle to win, but they didn't. This season the popular houseguests are being taken out way too soon so they had to step in for ratings issues, which I 100% expected. It has to do with ratings, not Grodner's personal feelings toward anyone.

Michele again. Bye bye Ronnie. Out before the jury, LOL!

While he's setting himself up for a possible second alliance, it probably wasn't in his best interest to put Jessie or Natalie on the block this week. It would have put a huge, unnecessary target on his back.

Probably true - it was best for him to begin deteriorating the alliance, which I think he did with putting who he did up. Now, hopefully we'll see the power in the house shift in the coming weeks.

Finally, all is right in the house! lol. As to the veto winner, good for them. Too bad Casey wasn't here to see it, lol.

Yeah, it was probably best but now I think it would be hilarious if he ended up backdooring Jessie. It most likely won't happen, but I'd die laughing if it did.
Brent88 08-04-2009, 03:13 AM EPIC FIGHTS!!!!!! Chima/Russell, Chima threw water at Russell, threatened to get physical and Jeff ends up trying to separate them. Then another fight with Kevin/Michelle/Natalie/Ronnie/Chima which was mostly screaming. It got so bad that BB eventually stepped in, called everyone to the DR and told them to stay 3 feet away from each other.
Buffyboy323 08-06-2009, 01:26 AM Chima needs to go!
I like the new Jordan/Jeff/Russell/Michelle alliance. Things are finally changing in the Big Brother house for the better. I hope these four make a pact and take the others out one by one in the coming weeks.
I think Lydia will be going home tomorrow. And good Riddance to her.
HuntingtonM15 08-06-2009, 11:43 AM Unless something changes, Ronnie will be walking out the door tonight. But I'd really like to see either of them go.
Brent88 08-06-2009, 09:34 PM Jeff won the coup! Ronnie is gone! Chima won HOH(ordinarily I'd be upset, but as long as the cards are played right, someone from Jessie/Natalie will likely go).
HuntingtonM15 08-06-2009, 09:53 PM Chima won HOH(ordinarily I'd be upset, but as long as the cards are played right, someone from Jessie/Natalie will likely go).
I love it! I can't wait to see that side get all cocky, and then have things all switched up. Finally a twist may actually play out!
TeeVeeCloset 08-07-2009, 01:19 PM Jeff won the coup! Ronnie is gone! Chima won HOH(ordinarily I'd be upset, but as long as the cards are played right, someone from Jessie/Natalie will likely go).
Obviously she will want Russell to go and it will be up to Jeff to use his power or not, he supposely has a alliance with Russell, but he probably won't use it, since it will turn the house against him.....the jessie, natalie, chima alliance is obviously going to win this.....so Jeff better join soon, I think he will continue to use "dumb as a stick" jordan to continue to vote his way, but that side simply doesn't have the votes, even if he uses his power, he wouldn't have the power to take control the following week. All I ask is that Jordan pose for Playboy when she is out of the house....lol....
JulieSomoski 08-07-2009, 11:48 PM Things are finally looking up this season, and the ratings prove it, considering they've been above normal all week. Seeing Ronnie walk out that door was fantastic. Chima winning HOH is okay, but in all honesty, Jeff has the power this week. Hopefully we'll see either Jessie or Natalie walk out the door next Thursday if all goes well.

Yeah, I really hope he changes the nominations but if he feels safe enough, he very well may not. I'm really hoping that he does to shake things up even more in that crazy house.

It might be a smart move to continue laying low and not use it, but if he indeed wants to begin taking power in the house, he should nominate someone big like Jessie, Natalie, or both. Not sure which way it'll go though

Yeah, I agree. I would love to see either one of the two leave. I always disliked Jessie, and I really cannot stand Natalie.

I was never a fan of Jessie, either. Something about Natalie just bugs the hell out of me. She thinks she's on a throne in the house with her pairing with Jessie. I'd love to see what she does with Jessie out of the house.

I agree, I can't stand Natalie. The way she constantly clings to Jessie and was essentially co-HOH the 2nd time he was HOH, not to mention the pointless lie about her age, and her confrontational nature just makes me hate her even more. She's the only one of the athletes who has never won a competition also.

They keep saying how Lydia and Kevin are "floating" by in the game. They are. But what has Natalie done!? She's "floating" too.
My original thought was that Chima would put Russell up next week, but then Russell told the Chenbot that they talked about it, and he apologized for everything he said during the argument. Now I'm thinking she'll put up Lydia and Kevin - and possibly still backdoor Russell, like she's wanted to do since week 2. Jeff will change the nominations, and hopefully put up Jessie and Natalie.

Their asses need to be put up. Natalie hasn't even tried to be "friends" with anyone that isn't Jessie, Chima, Ronnie, and for a little while, Russell. She's too clingy with them. I don't see it happening, but I hope someone turns their back on her sometime down the line.
And I knew Ronnie was a big baby, but I have never seen a sore loser like that in my life. The way he treated Michelle after she didn't buy into his "threat" was downright wrong. He's a snake. If she did give him the fourth vote, I'm sure he wouldn't have done anything to help her out in the game. I didn't think I would, but I'm liking Michelle more and more.

One great thing about this season has been the farewell speeches, lol. First it was Chima and her Braden rant the first week, then Casey's rant about Jessie, and then Ronnie about Michelle. I really don't see what Michelle did that caused Ronnie to go off like that and essentially cost him the game. It was refreshing to see his ass walk out the door, lol. I agree with you on Michelle, though - she's a very smart lady and I'm coming to like her and Russell a lot more.
Natalie always talks as if her and Jessie are dating, lol. I love the way she talks about everyone in the house as if she's a lock-in for the final two. She's not a very good player, doesn't have the strength to win a competition, and is completely floating through without anyone finding her as a threat. For now it's a good strategy, but I'm sure the others will begin to see it soon. Like I said before, Jeff just about has complete power in the house this week, and I'm hoping we see either Jessie or Natalie go home.
HuntingtonM15 08-09-2009, 03:04 AM Jeff really needs to use the power and put up Jessie and Natalie. It's not really that risky of a situation, because one of them would be gone and Chima can't play in the next HOH. So he would really only have to worry about one person winning HOH.

And with the Jessie/Natalie/Chima alliance much weaker now than they were before, it wouldn't be a hard thing to do. But, he'd have to put both of them up - splitting up the alliance now is only logical. It's too bad I'm going away this week - I'll have to catch up on everything next weekend :(
HuntingtonM15 08-14-2009, 12:29 PM What a great and way intense episode!
HuntingtonM15 08-15-2009, 12:59 PM Big news!!!
Chima either quit or got kicked out by producers. That part hasn't been 100% confirmed yet. So much for the "strong, powerful woman."

JulieSomoski 08-16-2009, 03:53 PM What a complete nutcase Chima is. Sunday's episode should hit another season high. A lot has definitely happened since Thursday, but I'm wondering if they can fit it all in the hour. Just a few spoilers from the live feeds:
Nominations from Michelle were Chima and Natalie, but with Chima out, they did a new HOH competition. Jordan won, ending Michelle's reign. Natalie and Lydia seemingly joined together against Michelle, who they vowed to get out of the house.
Not sure what'll happen, though. Will they change it to a single elimination on Thursday or bring back Jessie? Should be interesting.
Brent88 08-19-2009, 02:13 PM Oh man, last night's episode was one of the best episodes ever of this show. Ever since Jeff used the coup this season has been rocking it. I actually thought Chima's exit was rather tame(I was frankly disappointed, they edited a lot of it), but I loved Allison telling Chima to just keep going.
The best part of the show to me? Lydia's meltdown. OMFG :brent Strange how she was the voice of reason involving Chima but then completely went off the deep end.
I want Gnat GONE!!!!!!!!! She seems to have replaced Chima and is doing a very good job. The mic slipped out of Chima's hand and just happened to land in the hot tub which was a good 10 feet away? Really?
I just love Jeff and Jordan. There is no other way around it. Jeff giving her HOH, what a great guy and Jordan's just awesome and sweet.

Things are hot now, that's for sure. Last night's episode was by far the best of the season. Chima's departure was rather tame, but seeing her going to the DR with Allison Grodner telling to just keep moving was classic. Lydia is just a complete nutbag - she's like Chima 2.0, lol. But, as crazy as she is, Natalie must go on Thursday. I can't understand how anyone could respect her gameplay - she's hid behind Jessie the entire game, and now with him gone, she has no idea what to do.
No matter what anyone says, Jeff is a great guy. Him and Jordan are the favorites from here on out it seems, although I wouldn't mind seeing a Jeff/Michele final 2. Jordan isn't as dumb a person as she seems, though. Her HOH picks, while easy, were spot on and she'll probably have the support of at least 2 of either Jeff, Russell, and Michele in the Veto. I wouldn't be surprised to see Thursday hit yet another season high - it should be another interesting episode.
Buffyboy323 08-26-2009, 04:43 PM I'm glad they went with the plan to backdoor Russell. He should be gone thursday night. I'm worried that Jeff might have screwed himself by taking Kevin off the block though. Kevin and Natalie want Russell out, and they want to stab Jeff and Jordan in the back and put Jeff up the first chance they get. The power in the house might be shifting back to the other side, and Jeff and Jordan don't even know it. I hope Jordan or Michele wins the HOH tomorrow night.

Jeff probably slightly screwed himself with the move, but you gotta respect Jeff's gameplay - he's the only one in the house who doesn't mind taking risks and doing what he wants to do. Backdooring Russell and hopefully getting him out on Thursday was the best move he could have made.
He'll probably get Michelle back on his side, considering she said at the end yesterday that she wants to distance herself from Russell. Either she'll go with Natalie and Kevin or Jeff and Jordan, and I highly doubt it'll be the former.
The game is really getting interesting now. Can't wait to see who wins HOH on Thursday.
HHorseman 08-29-2009, 01:48 PM Damn I miss having Jessie, that guy kept the balance fair,Jeffs just mowing down all those sorry sacks every which way.

If you know who HOH is, you might feel differently. This should be another interesting week, since Jeff is probably going to go up.
HuntingtonM15 08-29-2009, 02:23 PM Oh well, it was a good season while it lasted.
Brent88 08-29-2009, 02:25 PM This season has been a big roller coaster... sucked for weeks, then was about the best ever around the time Jeff used the coup, but now it's going downhill in a hurry again. I knew Kevin/Natalie would screw him. Blah. This season sucks now. I just hope Michele or Jordan wins.

I hope one of them wins, too. If not, then this season probably won't rank as high for me as it would have.
JulieSomoski 08-29-2009, 03:11 PM Kevin is growing on me with his gameplay, but I'm still rooting for Jeff. Even if he does go up, chances for him winning POV are high. I'm not counting his time out yet.
Michele is starting to get on my nerves, though. She has no idea what to do now that no one in the house likes her, lol. And Natalie is just the little lapdog that doesn't go away - first it was Jessie, now its Kevin. I really wish Kevin would get smart and kick her ass out.

It was about time. The first half of the season was nothing but Jessie, Chima, Ronnie, Natalie, Russell, and even Lydia running around bullying and taking out the other side of the house. It's amazing how far Jeff, Jordan, Michelle, and even Kevin have gotten in the game. We had our low points, and we had our high points. All in all, I think it was a very good summer of Big Brother. I can't wait to see how the next couple of weeks play out.

Agreed - this season was completely turned over when Jeff won the coup de tat. It's amazing how change can happen so fast in the BB house.
And Huntington, I'm trying to stay in the dark this week about nominations and Veto, so I'm going to ignore your spoiler this time :D
I Love John Ritter 08-30-2009, 04:23 AM I agree that this season got really good after the CDT. I'm glad Jeff actually used it and got Jesse's butt out of there instead of wasting it like Boogie did.
One of the best lines of the season was "no need to sit down...you're gonna go out this way." ROFL! That was epic. I couldn't stand Chima and was glad to see her get expelled. I was really shocked when I heard about it but very glad. I was getting so sick of her voice and her laugh.
My favorite this season is Jeff, and second would have to be Jordan because I absolutely love these two together. I am sad that on Thursday, it looks like they are going to be separated :( But dang it, I hate that they fell for Natalie and Kevin's lies! I can't stand Natalie. Her and Jesse annoyed me so much. Russell really pissed me off in the first half of the season too, but I was ok with him towards the end because he broke away from the annoying athletes who acted like they owned the house (minus Jeff). Natalie still walks around like she is running the house...and remember when she even said that in one of her DR session? Give me a freaking break. She hasn't won squat this season! I'll seriously be really pissed if she makes it to the final two because there is no way she deserves to win. From the five that are left, I think Jeff and Michelle deserve it the most. Michelle keeps saving herself so good for her! Anyways, just wanted to share my thoughts on this season. I love this show and have been watching since season 2 so my summer would not be complete without it.
Oh, and since there was much discussion on Ronnie - I thought he was really annoying too. And did any one else notice that he looks like a worm? LOL
HHorseman 08-30-2009, 10:29 AM If you know who HOH is, you might feel differently. This should be another interesting week, since Jeff is probably going to go up.
I made sure not to check who won it Thursday save it for tonight, I hope Michelle checks out soon.

Jeff just got his ass saved a bunch of times by Jessie because of the cliche and then he says Jessie has to feel the pain, what pain did Jeff ever feel,he knew Jessie was the only one that could beat him.

Jordan is useless she just rides Jeffs coat tails and relies on him to save her every week.

I"m doing the same with nominations - Natalie would be my first choice to leave, but since that doesn't look likely, I wouldn't mind seeing Michele leave this week. With Russell out, she really has nothing left to do anyways.

At least it's a strategy, lol. And she did win HOH (well, semi-win HOH) and won POV all by herself. That's more than someone (*cough* Natalie *cough*)can say.

Natalies a joke, no respect for her as a player the only reason she's their still is because shes so uselss no one is scared of her. If her whole strategy is to be weak and pathetic she hit it dead on target. Even if she goes to the end, the jury wont give her the 500 grand, she hasnt won a competition atleast Kevin has won a couple.

Yeah mine to,however if I was Jeff id probably want to take her to the end, she's the biggest loser of the whole group. He dominates games she hasnt won a single competition,he made good strategical moves while she coasted along off other peoples coat tails. Im curious if Jessie would vote Jeff over her I think he would after hearing what he said in the jury house.

I haven't found out who the Veto winner, so on the chance of looking dumb, if Jeff, Jordan, or Michele win the veto, all of which is the most likely, then Natalie will go up. If she's up against Jeff, Jeff may have a chance. If she's up against Michele, it could go either way. So, I'm not giving up on that scenario yet ;)
HuntingtonM15 08-31-2009, 02:39 PM if Jeff, Jordan, or Michele win the veto, all of which is the most likely, then Natalie will go up.
I don't think Natalie would be going up if Michele won the veto and saved herself.
JulieSomoski 08-31-2009, 03:51 PM I don't think Natalie would be going up if Michele won the veto and saved herself.
You're right - I completely forgot about Jordan. For us Jeff and Jordan fans, that would be worst-case scenario then ;)

Brent88 09-01-2009, 11:43 PM Well this season just went to hell. I don't even care anymore.
HuntingtonM15 09-02-2009, 02:27 AM Well this season just went to hell. I don't even care anymore.
Yeah, it sucks. I was annoyed about school starting soon since I have it on Tuesday and Thursday nights, but I don't really care anymore.

If Natalie wins this somehow theirs going to be alot of angry fans. I dont think the jury house will give it to her though, I dont think theirs ever been a coaster that has won it.

No one in the jury house would vote for Natalie if they voted fairly. I can't stand Natalie, and seeing her win would probably make me stop watching BB altogether.
Incidentally, I'm probably done with BB after Thursday's episode, lol. Seems like Jeff really screwed himself and will probably be leaving on Thursday, which completely puts this season to hell. Seriously - Kevin, Natalie, Jordan, and Michele in a house together? That's beyond boring.
There's some interesting talk that Russell may be making a return to the BB on tomorrow's episode. Seems like on the intro last night, his exit wasn't included and his face was greyed out, although it was on Sunday's episode. Seems like with Jeff gone, Grodner & Co. are trying to hold onto these great ratings whatever way they can.
Brent88 09-03-2009, 08:54 PM Well it's been fun but I'm done.

Pretty easy to figure out.
Scoobiedoo30 09-03-2009, 09:30 PM oh now I get it
JulieSomoski 09-03-2009, 10:19 PM Pretty easy to figure out.
I'll tell ya, my heart sank when he was evicted. Jeff was probably the best player in this game. His ideas were good and his gameplay was smart. And who do we have left? Kevin, who just screwed himself all the way around. Natalie, the girl who hasn't won a thing. Michele and Jordan I'm hoping end up in the final 2. They're the only ones I could bare to see win.
I'd love to see Jordan win this HOH. Unless Natalie wins, it's pretty likely that either her or Kevin will be the next one out the door.
(BTW, it was timedelayed where I live tonight. I'm still watching it, lol)
JulieSomoski 09-03-2009, 10:24 PM Okay, **** the game. I'm done
HuntingtonM15 09-03-2009, 10:41 PM Couldn't have been a more awful episode. Though, there's still a chance Michele will win the veto. The last veto comp is usually a tough one, so if she (or Jordan, by some chance) wins, then Kevin will be out the door.

But who knows who will go up. Natalie could put up any 3 of them. If Natalie had any brain at all she'd try to go to the final 2 with Jordan, in which she'd put up Kevin and Michele. But then again, all 3 have a chance to win the veto on Thursday. Who knows what'll happen - who really cares what'll happen from now on.

If Michele or Jordan win the veto, it doesn't matter who she puts up. But if one of them doesn't win, this season will continue to suck.

Those are the two I want to see make it to the final 2. Natalie winning HOH really makes me sick.

Yep, that would be the only somewhat redeeming thing that could possibly happen.
Brent88 09-03-2009, 11:58 PM Yep, that would be the only somewhat redeeming thing that could possibly happen.
Agree. That's the only thing that would save this season from being a total disaster. I'm just really upset in general. I can't believe Gnat finally won HOH.

It's annoying that with only 2 weeks of the game to go, now she wins her first HOH, basically out of luck. And Huntington, that was the worst part - how everything seemed to work out just the way she wanted it to. She's been the least likeable contestant all season, and I already know that this week will be put on the backburner for me.
But yeah, the only way this season can redeem itself is if Jordan or Michele win.
HuntingtonM15 09-04-2009, 09:45 PM Rumor/spoiler about the new Pandora's box:
Natalie took the option of seeing her boyfriend (apparently he proposed to her), so she will not be allowed to play in the POV. If this is true, that means Kevin needs to win it or he's gone on Tuesday!
Mrgman 09-04-2009, 09:50 PM I am all for Kevin winning it all. If he makes it to the finals he has got the votes. Lydia Jessie Chima (if she is eligible) Russell
HuntingtonM15 09-04-2009, 10:15 PM I am all for Kevin winning it all. If he makes it to the finals he has got the votes. Lydia Jessie Chima (if she is eligible) Russell
Chima does not get a vote. It will most likely be an America's vote.
I Love John Ritter 09-05-2009, 04:25 AM Those are the two I want to see make it to the final 2. Natalie winning HOH really makes me sick.
You said it. I wanted to throw up when she was running around screaming "this is for you, Chima" blah blah blah. She sucks so bad that she can only win HOH when only two other people are playing. She better not make the final two. I'll be so pissed. One of the worst players in BB history. She did absolutely nothing but she thinks she did everything.
And I am still really upset that Jeff left. This season has officially turned boring and for once, I don't even look forward to watching the show anymore. Now I have to wait a year for the next season.

Agreed. The fact that they have to throw in these Pandora's Boxes proves that there's not much else to put in the show. They're ending the season with 4 boring contestants, only one of which who actually did something to deserve to win. Yet, it will probably be Natalie, the girl least deserving to win, who wins.

DAMN IT! Sorry to give it away for everyone, but have these 2 been saving up there strength for the last 2 weeks of the game? What the hell is going on? Now we have to see 2 good players up on the block with one of them going home. I'm seriously considering not watching from now on. I have better things to do.

I think Kevin would beat her, it would be close only vote im confident hed have was Lydia's and Rusells, hard to tell if the voter will go with pride over who deserves it most.
I was put off when Jessie went down in flames,I knew it would be all Jeff once he was gone, sorry but I need a good rivalry to get me interested. Jessie played a much better game this time around.
Your right these four are dead boring they all talk weird to you notice that, we got Natalie that acts like shes 24 going on 10,and Michelle mumbles.

HHorseman 09-06-2009, 12:29 PM I thought it was funny when Jeff told her to get away from him, she's like a little bee thats buzzing in your ear that you just want to swat.

Grabbing that big bucket to throw all the money in man that was pretty sickening to watch, she had no intention of helping Kevin she just followed jeff up their incase he helped Kevin and it made her look stupid, and then she expected another ten grand on top of the money shed just got.
I can see why Kevin ddint put her up he knew Jeff would dominate the endurance competitions in the final 3,once all the good players are gone youve got no one to root for anymore its a double edged sword.
HuntingtonM15 09-06-2009, 02:05 PM I highly dislike them both, so I have no preference who wins between Kevin and Natalie. I'm also not sure who would win. I'm guessing Kevin because he would get America's vote over her. Since he was an ass to Jeff on his way out, I'm not sure if he will get his (and Jordan's) vote. Ivette lost BB6 because of her ignorant, rude goodbye message to Rachel.

Seems like Michele is a goner this week, so it'll come down to who wins HOH. Any one of them can win, but it'll probably be Kevin. So if it comes down the way I think it will, Kevin will probably win regardless. Still not who I'd like to win, but whatever. IMO, this season ended on Thursday.

Yep, it definitely ended Thursday. Sadly, I really don't think Jordan could win the first two parts of the final HOH. She hasn't done well with endurance so far, and the second part is always mental and physical combined.

No way it ended when Jessie was voted out.
JulieSomoski 09-07-2009, 01:49 PM So stupid me, I ended up watching last night. It was boring!!!!! From Natalie's idiotic lying, to Jordan's cluelessness, to Michele's monotone rambling, this is the way we're going to end the season? Maybe the producers should have tried a bit harder to keep Jeff in the game ;)
I think we saw just how cold of a person Natalie is, though. She was proposed to last night, had no reaction whatsoever, was just about ignoring her fiance, and made up in idiotic lie to cover it up, which made no sense to begin with. If she wins this game, I swear I will never watch another edition of Big Brother again.
Brent88 09-07-2009, 02:19 PM I can't believe Gnat actually got proposed to. I thought it was a lie. She showed absolutely no emotion, the whole thing struck me as fake. I can't imagine what this guy sees in her because he can do so much better.
I am never watching again if she wins.
HuntingtonM15 09-07-2009, 02:31 PM I never thought there would never be an ending as worse as BB6, but I was wrong. I've given up on this season, but I don't think I could ever give up on the show.

When she spent half the season being Jessie's lapdog, I can't understand what that guy was thinking. With Michele just about a goner, I'm really hoping Jordan will step up for the HOH competition.
But I agree, this season is really going out on a bad note. I just saw that last night's episode his a season low. Go figure.
qwerty 09-07-2009, 08:06 PM I actually kind of liked last nights show. Laughed when Kevin took the clothes off the dummy. Kind of would like to see Michele win tomorrow nights veto comp but kind of want to see her lose too. She is the only one I think I like that is left but don't think she could win in the finals. I think they all hate her and she would lose to anyone. In real life I don't think I'd like any of these people and wish the producers could actually cast likeable people. At one point I liked Jeff but he is really dumb I believe.
Edited: Should have looked at other posts first. I thought it was a live veto tomorrow. Oh well.
HuntingtonM15 09-09-2009, 03:22 PM Janelle, Boogie, Dani (BB3 & All-Stars), and Evel Dick are going to be on Thursday's episode to discuss the season with Julie. Ha, they are really grasping for ratings now.

I don't see why they would be, though. This entire season has been a huge step up in the ratings over last season. Last night's episode yet again hit a season high.
All I can say now is I hope Jordan wins HOH! Is it likely? No. But, I'm still rooting for her. If anything, Natalie better not win.
I Love John Ritter 09-11-2009, 02:09 AM Natalie really is good for nothing. She is all bark and no bite. When she got put on the block a few weeks ago the HOH said something about the veto and she said, "And I plan on winning is so." Did she win? Of course not. She did the same type of thing in that endurance competition tonight saying something like "we'll I'll hang up here until the morning so" or whatever it was that she said. I don't want to have to watch her again to get the quote right. And then remember how she told Kevin that is wasn't 2 against 1 playing for the veto because Jordan doesn't count? Well I'm glad that Jordan won tonight so that was thrown in Natalie's face! She thinks she is so strong and such a great player when she has done NOTHING in this game. I said it before and I'll say it again, if she makes the final two, I'll be pissed because she doesn't deserve. She seriously has to be the suckiest player in BB history.

Yeah, she is beyond annoying. I really cannot stand to watch her. And have you ever noticed how she always friggen shouts? Even in the diary room, it's like she's yelling at the camera like an obnoxious little kid. No wonder they believed she was 18. I'd like her in the final 2 with Jordan, because that is Jordan's best shot at winning, which I'm not at all counting on.
qwerty 09-11-2009, 10:03 AM I think Jordan could win if she is in the final two. She would probably get America's vote and if her former alliance of Jeff, Russ and Michele vote for her she would win. I was glad to see her win the challenge last night. I don't think Kevin would take her to the final two though so she should not think he will.
Brent88 09-12-2009, 12:57 PM GO JORDAN!!!!!!!! There is still hope.
Shut up Gnat!
JulieSomoski 09-12-2009, 01:41 PM I'm really hoping Jordan can pull herself together and win the final HOH on Tuesday. Even if she does make it to finale 2, which she probably will, any hope of her winning will only survive if she wins the final HOH competition.
Maybe this season won't end so badly afterall.
Brent88 09-12-2009, 05:24 PM I'm hoping for a Kevin/Jordan F2. My big question is, what is Jordan's better chance of winning? Gnat or Kevin? Tough decision. My thought says Gnat since the jury house has turned against her so badly, but if it came down to her and Jordan would they feel the same way?
I definitely think she can win though, especially since America has a vote.

Jordan's best chance of winning would be with Natalie. So, if she does miraculously end up winning HOH, she should no doubt take out Kevin and take Natalie with her to the final 2. I'd be surprised if she didn't win that way. If Kevin won and took Jordan, it would be a tough call.

I guess it's possible, but I just can't see her winning against Kevin. I broke down and watched the last episode, and all of the jury house really seemed to want Kevin to win. I don't think she would have Russell's vote over Kevin.
JulieSomoski 09-12-2009, 08:46 PM Against Kevin, Jordan would of course have Jeff's vote and probably America's vote. Lydia and Natalie would vote for Kevin. Russell and Jessie would be a toss-up, but would probably go for Kevin.
Against Natalie, Jordan would probably have the jury on her side. No one in their right mind would vote for Natalie. Jordan has about the same chances winning HOH as Kevin does right now, since the 3rd part is normally a crapshoot. She needs to be smart if she wants any chance of winning this game.

Yeah, the 3rd part is always choosing between two answers that the jury members give. So if that once again is the case this season, it could go either way, and I SO hope that Jordan gets it.

Jordan winning this season is the only vindication we can get at this point.
JulieSomoski 09-15-2009, 09:53 PM Looks like this season of BB is going to redeem itself after all - congratulations Jordan!!! If she takes Natalie, she'll win the game hands down.
Brent88 09-15-2009, 10:19 PM YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This season just redeemed itself! No way Gnat is winning. GO JORDAN! :D
JulieSomoski 09-15-2009, 10:41 PM I hate this part of the show, because now I'm not sure sure. From the reactions, seems like Jessie, Russell, and Kevin voted for Natalie. Jeff and Michele for sure went with Jordan, but Lydia is a tossup. America definitely went with Jordan, but it may come down to one vote.
I'll be mad as hell if Gnat ends up winning, though. Just a few minutes away from finding out . . .
Brent88 09-15-2009, 10:55 PM Jordan won and it wasn't close. Jessie even voted for her.
JulieSomoski 09-15-2009, 10:57 PM I can't believe Kevin voted for Natalie. But, congrats to Jordan - at least this season went out on a high note. The only bad thing is that Natalie is receiving $50,000 :D
And of course Jeff won America's Favorite Player - what a shocker. All-in-all, this season wasn't so bad afterall.
HuntingtonM15 09-15-2009, 11:02 PM AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

HHorseman 09-16-2009, 01:04 PM Lol! joke of a finish, the two worst players that could have got to the end did no one else notice how Jordan was looking over towards somebody during the last answer, and how convient she hit almost perfectly the female Forrest Gump.

Jordan didnt take him and it was only a couple hours fresh in his mind I can see why he would vote for Natalie.
HuntingtonM15 09-16-2009, 01:27 PM Lol! joke of a finish, the two worst players that could have got to the end did no one else notice how Jordan was looking over towards somebody during the last answer, and how convient she hit almost perfectly the female Forrest Gump.
I don't think anything was convenient at all about that...who could she have possibly been looking at for the answer? They didn't get to see the audience.

Yeah sure it wasnt she was abig wet noodle the whole season until those last competitons where she was almost perfect in the final two give us a break. Im not talking about the audience but the people that work for the show, the same thing happened when Adam won the brain teaser competition in Big Brother 9.

Give me a break. She won, get over it. There was no one else in the room. If so, Kevin would have been very aware of it. If they wanted to help her along, why was she so off on the tie breaker question in the HOH that Natalie won? I suppose you also think they added some type of magnetic force for her to roll the balls into the correct spots in the 2nd part of the final HOH?
JulieSomoski 09-18-2009, 04:44 PM Why would you in any want Natalie to have won? She did nothing the entire game. She didn't try in competitions, she tagged on to whatever player she thought was strongest in the house, and she let other players find success for her. At least Jordan stepped up once Jeff left. And, she won the final HOH. And, she voted out Kevin. And, she won. She deserved it over Natalie.

Dont tell me what to do, ill say my peace just as you would if Jordan and Jeff had lost out and someone you didnt think deserved it won. How would Kevin have been aware of it they were both blocked off from one another or did you not notice that. Your trying to tell me, they hang up for three hours during a competition.
You think the girl that was picking her wedgie out of her butt on National TV and talked like some person from Hee Haw was worthy of the money, I never said Natalie deserved it anymore then Jordan they were both a couple of fools.

I didnt want either of them to win it, what did Jordan do she got those two gimmies at the end other then that she was no better then Natalie,Jeff may want to pretend she was a worthy player and put everybody else down but the fact is they both sucked, put Jordan into the next BB All Stars and without a guy to latch onto id love to see how far shed get.

I'm sorry, but this post makes little to no sense. They were separated by one small divider--pretty sure that didn't block off Kevin's entire perception of the house. It was a crap shoot, either of them could have easily won it. But if you want to make up excuses as to why Kevin didn't win, that's cool, too.

In one of Jordan's interviews before the game even started, she stated what her strategy was, and that was exactly how she played the game. Where exactly does it say you have to personally take out so many people or win the most competitions to win the game? The point is to make it to the end however you can. Even though I completely despised Maggie and Ivette from BB6, they still deserve props for making it to final two.

Actually what you just said makes no sense they were blocked of from each other do you think Kevin has x-ray vision or something a divider is a divider why have one in the first place.
Crap shoot she was one number off he was thirty or more numbers off real crap shoot. Kevin was the better player Jordan was just a leech,Lydia knew it Jessie knew it everyone but her fans and Jeff know it but wont admit it.

Yeah we all heard her trail off and go into her ramble mode about hiding under the radar, blah! blah! blah! I dont get why people think just because you coasted to the end that makes you a smart player its pretty pathetic really, its only because you suck that no one goes after you, ala Chicken George was the original coaster.

There was a divider to separate them from each other. He would have known if there was someone else in the house...but, whatever. Not to mention, I have re-watched it several times, and she does not look at anyone for an answer. But I have been bitter over certain winners in the past, so if that's what you wanna do, I guess keep on doing it.

Theirs always other people in the house camera men and security dont you remember when Amanda had a seizure on BB9 and the guy from the show came out from behind one of the doors. Jordans eyes were trailing off. Once the next season stars this will be a distant memory anyway you probably wont see any of them again.

There's always people behind the walls, but they are never actually in the house with the houseguests. The houseguests do not get to see any people besides themselves. But yeah, none of them will really be seen again. There's always rumors that BB people will get to do Amazing Race, but it never happens. It happened with Alison, but never since then, and I don't believe it ever will again.
