There's a Mama's Family website with pictures of the family from the NBC episodes, some that include Ellen. I don't know about the quality though.

I have the un-resized versions of these pictures somewhere on a CD. Just let me know if you like any of the pics, and I'll look for the CD. :)

On the Mama's Family Website, they show the pictures of all the cast from all seasons opening credits, so there are two pictures of Ellen by herself.
