I vacuum about once or twice a week. I usually vacuum on Sundays when I clean up the house and do laundry.

That's a good thing to have hardwood floors so you won't have to vacuum. I like hardwood floors.

We have hardwood floors too, but I find them too cold in the winter, so I have a large rug in my room.

I have hardwood floors. I do have area rugs in all the rooms though. My vacuum quit working last summer and I never bought a new one. I sweep and dust mop the hard wood and sweep the rugs with a sturdy straw broom. Once a week I take my rugs outside and hang them over the fence and beat them so all the dust comes out. It's a lot of work (but my kids like to do it so usually I don't have to :).) I need to give in and buy another vacuum cleaner.

My husband says he LOVES to vacuum, so he does it at least once a week! For some reason, I also find the sound of the vacuum pleasant. Can't figure out why, though.

At the risk of being laughed at, I don't like the vacuum cleaner. The noise (it's so loud) frightens me. I have an abnormal fear that it's going to suck whatever up and catch on fire. Ok, so that does sound funny. I probably wouldn't mind if I had a vacuum cleaner that was quieter.

I'd much rather do laundry or something. Well as long as it's not ironing. I hate ironing.

I wish they would invented vacuum cleaner that are a little bit quieter. Maybe it should have a quiet pack inside the vacuum cleaner. They are very loud. I was frightened by the noise when I was a kid. lol

I vacuum my room about 4 times a week. Since I spend so much time in here, I like to keep it as clean as possible.

Twice a week. We just got new carpet through out the house about a year ago. I would really love to get rid of the carpet and get all tile floors. So much cleaner.

Same. And there are two cats here. :lol: There's an awesome vacuum cleaner here, though. Last one we had, barely sucked anything up.
