It was about 15 year old tennis player who was starting to going pro. William Devane played her coach and Judith Light played her mom.

I do!! It aired during the 1993-94 season, when I was in 8th grade. The "Phenom" was played by Angela Goethals, who played one of Macauley Culkin's sisters in Home Alone.

I remember that show. I actually thought about it last night because Ashley Johnson (Growing Pains) was a member of the cast and she was on an episode of The Mentalist.

^ That's right, Ashley Johnson played the little sister. Whatever happened to Angela Goethals, anyway?

She had a small recurring role in 24 Season 4. In 2006 she starred in a horror flick with Robert Englund Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon. I thought the movie was junk.

Recently she hasn't done much. One episode of Boston Legal and Life.

I do remember Angela on 24. Ashley Johnson has been doing a lot of guest starring roles lately. She was on the season finale of Dollhouse.

I loved Phenom. ABC never gave it a chance.

I always got a kick of watching the opening credits. William Devane was never credited even though his photo is all over it. lol

I remember that, too!! I remember how odd it was that he never got billed, especially since he'd just come off a highly successful run on Knots Landing.

Carly Simon sang the theme song (and also wrote it, if I'm not mistaken).
