I know its been forever since I was last here (when I logged in it said I hadn't been here since 2005 WOW!) But I just wanted to come by and let everyone know that I still think of you all often...probably more often than you all realize. Freddie is still in my heart and still has a big place in my life. My son Kyle and I still watch CATM often and its truly treasured time between us.
Life for me is quite a bit different since my last log in. Our family has since relocated from central California (where I have lived all my life) to Austin Texas. We have been here since Oct. 2005 and its a huge change but a welcome one.
Anyhoo... I could go on and on but I'll keep it short. I miss you all and wish you all well.

First order of business... I want to say how sorry I am to hear about Mike. My heart goes out to you! I read your post about him and my heart just broke. My prayers are with you.
Second order of bizz... I told Joy that I was unsure if I should rejoin the board...many years and many miles have passed but as I was going thru some boxes in my closet this morning (don't ask why I was going thru boxes in the morning... I don't understand it myself!) I ran across an old copy of "The Barrio" and cried like a baby with diaper rash! LOL Divine intervention or something like it!

Thanks for the condolences. I miss him so much. I remember that story. Wasn't there supposed to be a sequel. I'd love to read more chapters to it or re-read what was already posted...

I wish it was still posted somewhere. Unfortunately the site is no longer there and I only have a typewritten copy. Oh well (heavy sigh) maybe someday...

I feel it is a blesssing that Freddie has brought us back here at the boards. It is great to see you here again Pat. I was just thinking how you and I used to chat on AOL and then started on Yahoo messenger. The good ole days. I miss our chats and crazy ideas we had about Freddie. To bring it all back again would be a delight in Freddie's honor. I'm sure he would be laughing himself to tears in delight if he actually knew how well we kept his memory alive.

Thank you all for the warm welcomes. Y'all truly don't know what it means to me to come back here again. I sneak in here sometimes late at night (insomnia and I are close personal friends these days) and read thru the old posts. I laugh... I cry...and I reminisce. I look at all the pics and wallpapers of Freddie and the gang and it does my heart good. Y'all are the most dedicated fans in the whole world and any celebrity (living or passed) would be damned lucky to have you in their corner.
