I know she was referenced alot, but I can't remember if they ever actually showed her sister :confused:

The did, in "What the Butler Sang," Season 2. Niles was going to sing for Maxwell's backers, so Fran's sister came to cook for the family while he rehearsed. Not really one of my fave eps, but it was nice to actually see her.
