In your area where you live at, is it legal or illegal to buy fireworks? In my area yesterday from where I live at they were selling fireworks at a tent in the shopping center, I guess it legal to sell or buy fireworks from them. I don't know if its legal to buy fireworks or sell them off the street. I know its illegal to start fireworks on your own. I'm sure in the state of GA is illegal to sell or buy them.

It's legal here to buy, sell, and use fireworks from June 27-July 5. Before or after that you will get ticketed. There are cerain fireworks (like bottle rockets) that are illegal in Kansas, so a lot of people cross over into Missouri to buy them.

Personally I hate fireworks. They are dangerous in my opinion and too many parents let their kids play around with them without proper supervision. I prefer the professional fireworks show myself.
