I absolutely LOVE this site, so I wanted to let others know. Hulu.com has most of the episodes from seasons 1-4. It's not complete, but it has a good amount of episodes. And anything is better than nothing right now. The episodes that I taped on VHS years and years ago are scattered around the house, so it's much easier just watching it on hulu.com. Check it out sometime & have your own Growing Pains marathon! It's awesome. :D
