I was thinking that I never saw a ep when Carl aid-"eddie"-lol I think he may have referred to him as Edward the entire series. If that was a ep when he called him Eddie I would love to know which one

No, he did not originally appear in the earlier episodes. They edited cold opens with him in it into four episodes before he was actually on the show so it would look like he was on it longer than he really was.

He definitely did - ALL the time lol. He would always come up to him after he did something and be like "Edward, ......"

I'VE SEEN EVERY SINGLE EPISODE of Family Matters. It's the best show I've ever seen, so don't say I haven't watched it. I did a misstake, I wrote the sentence wrong. I totally switched the names. I meant, Carl never called Eddie Eddie. He always called him Edward. That's what I meant. It was a tiny misstake. :) Don't call it dumb.

Oh Okay thanks. I have always wondered about that. That wasn't really smart of them to do because on Laura's first date Harriett asks Steve "who are you?" why would she ask him that if he was in her house before and they had a conversation.

I guess they just didn't think it through properly.
