Need some help here,any one ?

there was an episode regarding a young actress who got a small non speaking roll in the film scarface,the story focused around the girl who was very paranoid and convinced someone was going to murder her.During filming she apparently freaked out and what not ,my memory is not that good ,but I do remember it was creepy as well as baffling,CD any bells and whistles going off on this one???:)
