Elizabeth Hasselbeck has been sued by another author who accuses her of stealing ideas for her book The G Free Diet: A Gluten-Free Survival Guide. The plaintiff, Susan Hassett, says she sent a copy of her own book Living with Celiac Disease to Hasselbeck last year. And now this year Hasselbeck comes out with her own book (written with Peter Green) on the topic, and there seems to be a lot of similarities, including chapter titles and certain phrasing of words.

You know, I should be sympathetic toward her, since I took Jessica Seinfeld's "side" when she was accused of "vegetable plagiarism" :rotflmao: :rofl: :lol: :brent (gotta love Jerry's definition!!!!:brent :brent ), but I cannot stand Elizabeth Hasselback, and I don't feel sorry for her in the least. She makes me physically ill, which is weird because her brother, Matt, is great, IMO. Of course, I'm biased about that too, since he is the quarterback for the Seahawks! Still, Elizabeth is so obnoxious on "The View", and her outbursts make her look like an idiot. I try to avoid that show whenever possible.
