Naked Celebrity Faces

Some celebrities roll out of bed looking flawless. We’re looking at you, Jessica Alba and Beyonce. Other Hollywood glamazons, like Heidi Montag and Katherine Heigl, need the aid of some concealer, mascara, and lipstick to push them to camera-ready status. And for those stars who aren’t naturally radiant, the paparazzi show no mercy. They’ll relentlessly snap photos of celebs exiting a gym, finishing a triathlon, or disembarking from a transcontinental flight. These unflattering shots end up all over the gossip rags, making us commoners feel better about the bags under our eyes and less-than-perfect skin. Take a gander at Hollywood’s hottest ladies in the buff. Cosmetically speaking.

They all look better without make-up than I do with make-up! :lol:

Most of them look great, and the ones that don't, it's more to do with bad lighting than lack of make-up. It's nice to see their natural side.

^ I totally agree. I'm really happy to see this trend of more and more female stars not caring if the cameras catch them without makeup or not. Hey, if anyone truly believes at ANY time that they all are naturally that beautiful, then they're living in a bubble.


It's funny, for years I stressed about being seen in public without my makeup but the older I've gotten, the more I could care less - when maybe it's the time I need it more than ever. But the bottom line - no one seems to notice, or treat me any different than when I wear makeup. I still get compliments from guys - and those are the ones I really do appreciate because they must be sincere. ;)

I hear ya, Janice and Cathie... I don't wear makeup, and never have, and I probably never will. I just don't think it matters. Those women look just as pretty without makeup, and, like Janice said, if they didn't, it was probably the way the photo was taken.

and P.S. Cathie, I know this is totally off topic, but I had no idea it was you until saw it in your siggy just now. You changed your name while I was away from the boards for awhile, and I guess I never thought twice about it. But I knew you had planned on changing your name, and I was starting to think, "Hey, I haven't seen Cathie around here in awhile." :lol: Oh my, what ditziness on my part! :eek:

LOL - not to worry Mattie - not ditziness at all. I knew I'd better put my old name in my sig (I hate it when people change their screen names and don't give us the old one for a while). LOL I've been in the same boat - it took me a good week to realize that "Shine" was Mike!! lol

And yes - glad you don't wear makeup. More and more men like their women "natural". I can't say I blame them - it must be quite a shock to the poor guys when they finally get to see their girlfriend au natural for the first time! hehe

Christina Ricci looks better without makeup.

And no amount of makeup will make Madonna look good.
