Of all the shows that have come and gone -- aka gotten canceled -- over the past few years, this one hit particularly close to our hearts here at PopEater. 'Nip/Tuck,' the amazingly filthy plastic surgery show that nearly changed the face (and ratings system) of cable television, is no longer, having quietly shot its final episode last week.

The show's final episode, which just so happens to be its hundredth, may not air until 2011 (or at all), which is why the 'Nip/Tuck' demise has been kept under wraps. "It's sad because it feels incomplete. It's not the same feeling I had when I was wrapping on '90210'. It feels incomplete, kind of separate. It's very hard," script supervisor Diana Valentine told the Los Angeles Times.
Just a few years ago, 'Nip/Tuck' was dubbed the "coolest show on television" by TV Guide thanks to its smart, flashy and often graphic storylines. It earned critical acclaim, a Best Drama Golden Globe award and other honors during its prime.

I am sorry to see Nip Tuck Cancelled

I never liked this show at all, but I'm a little surprised that it's been canceled. It was way to gory for my taste.

I'm watching it, years later, and yeah, it's all of that. Surprised it didn't last longer though.
