I decided this time to list ALL of the NOES movies. Last time, I left out Dream Warriors because it is a general fan favorite. But, few posts asked, 'What if not everyone likes Dream Warriors?" Hmm. Good point. I dropped the ball there. i'll list every NOES movie as an option.

This is how I'd rank them (Freddy's Revenge being the worst):

Nightmare on Elm Street
Dream Warriors
The Dream Master
New Nightmare
The Dream Child
Freddy's Dead
Freddy's Revenge

If I were to include Freddy vs. Jason, it would go after The Dream Child.

Now that I give it more thought, I have to go with Freddy's Revenge as being the worst.
