Corny as it sounds I am "high" on life. It is good right now. I'm in a good industry relatively unharmed by the recession, I am able to save for a rainy day should one come, I have my health, wonderful friends and a nice home. I am very grateful for it all.

I'm smiling because when I woke up this morning I knew my name would not be in the obituaries today.

I couldn't be happier that there is a new Mariah Carey single out and a NEW album around the corner.

I also quit driking coffee and feel better than ever.
