I haven't seen this episode since the 60's, so my memory of it is really thin.
All I remember is, I believe there was a group of kids, ("Tigers"?) maybe, but Ozzie is walking through a yard, or field, and falls into a hole filled with water.

I just found the episode. It's "Built-in TV set" Ozzie is wise to the Tigers' string and tin cans boobie trap, so he walks around it, and falls right into their hole filled with water boobie trap.
Double dose of Ricky at the end with "Traveling man", and "Hello Mary Lou", performed on Ozzie's newly installed in-wall bedroom TV.

I have this one on a tape or disc. I've got a couple others with the Tigers as well. Kind of seemed like Ozzie felt the need for some kids on the show when Rick and Dave grew up.
