Hi, "Designing Women" fanfiction writers and readers! I am chairing a fanfiction panel at the Mid-Atlantic Popular Culture Conference in Boston this fall and I am looking for fanfiction analyzers to submit a proposal for a short paper or talk. This is not for your actual fanfiction but for your ideas about "Designing Women" fanfiction, fanfiction in general, fanfiction fans, etc. Do you have a point about the fanfiction relating to a certain book, author, film, tv show, etc.? "Fanfiction" here can take the form of stories, plays, poems, films, videos, comics, etc. as fruit for analysis. I am sure may of you have some good points to make! This is a fun conference with alot of great pop culture discussion and there are alot of wonderful presentations about tv in particular.
