Daytime syndicated talk show "Rachael Ray" has been renewed through the 2011-12 season after the ABC Owned TV Stations inked a deal to pick up the Emmy-winning show for two more seasons.

Now in its third season, "Rachael Ray" has been cleared in almost 60% of the country through 2012, or the talker's sixth season.

"Viewers really responded to our initial idea to expand Rachael beyond the kitchen and turn it into a hit daytime show," said Terry Wood, president of programming for CBS TV Distribution, which distributes and produces "Rachael Ray" in association with Harpo Prods., Scripps Networks and Watch Entertainment.

"Rachael Ray," winner of the best talk show Daytime Emmy Award last year, is nominated for four 2009 Daytime Emmys including best talk show and best talk show host.

Janet Annino is the show's executive producer, with Joseph Freed and Shane Farley serving as senior supervising producer and supervising producer, respectively.

Personally I think Rachel was better and more natural when she was making "30 Minute Meals" on the Food Channel.
