I don't know if there's been a thread on this topic here before, but I'm very wary to buy rare DVDs of old/no longer on the air/cancelled TV shows from websites.

For example, I've been looking to find the DVD for the short-lived drama, Models. Inc, but I dont' know about many of the sites I've found.

Below is a list of sites you definitely DO NOT want to buy from. Anyone have any info to add regarding this topic?

I fell into the trap! Fortunately I only ordered one thing from that website.

If you go to www.tvshowsondvd.com they have a feature where you can enter the URL of any website and it will tell if the site is legit or not.

I stick with Amazon. You can't go wrong with them. I haven't had any problems with them.
