Have the Keddie Cabin Murders ever been featured on UM before? Not that I have seen but I thought I would ask around anyways.
For those of you curious about it, the Keddie Cabin Murders happened in 1981 and a mother was killed along with her two sons while two young tots were left unharmed in an abondoned room. There was blood splattered all over the walls and the victims were torn apart with a claw hammer to the point where they barely could be identified. It appeared to be an all night torture but no one apparently saw anything.
The mother had a shady reputation among many that she was either involved in prostitution or drugs, but it's been shot down by others so it's hard to figure out which side to believe. The daughter and sister of the victims walked in to the cabins in the morning to find her family slaughtered. Sad story. She had been staying over at a friends' house. This case has allegedly been said to be inspiration for the creepfest movie "The Strangers".
