Who are some S.O. members that you never really got to know too well here at S.O., but developed close friendships with at other sites like myspace, facebook, etc?? The first one for me is someone who ended up becoming one of my best friends ever, and someone who I bonded with right away, and that was Tara. (Hollywood Rock Chic). I'd always seen her here at S.O. but I guess I was somewhat intimidated by her. Not sure why, she just seemed so damn cool!! Then she posted her myspace link up on a thread here, I got the guts to invite her to be my friend, and four years later, we're like two peas in a pod. :D

Other members I came to know best through sites other than S.O. include Oscar, (Whose an occasional poster), Mickey Mac, Joni, (DoodyVille), and a guy who I had very little contact with here at S.O. but who has quickly become a great friend, Jude, AKA, Jude The Obscure. Oh, another one I just remembered is Neha, (prettyinpink55). I mainly got to know her on myspace a number of years ago, but she deleted her account their because of hackers, but fortunately I've been reunited with her again at Facebook. :) Those are some of the S.O. members I got to know best at other sites, what about you all? Have you become close friends with members here on other sites??

I have several people from SO on Facebook but I only tend to chat to them on here, so there aren't really any that I've got to know on other websites. It's great that you've been able to grow close to other members through those websites, though, Brad, I know you really enjoy all the friendships you've made with people on this site.

I have some folks here on my myspace and facebook friends too. Most of them I have gotten to know them through here, but also I have gotten to know them a little better on those pages, particulary facebook.

There was a poster, Montana Ponine, that I had met at an old school message board for Three's Company when I was like 11 and we used to IM each other all the time. I came here and was surprised to see her and we talked some, but she hasn't been here in years. I think the last time she posted was like 2003.
