His only concern is a high profit bottom line for his bosses - that's his job. So what he said about Farrah does not surprise me. He'd probably say that about another (or any) celebrity or other high-profile person in Farrah's situation.

That still doesn't change it from being an ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING remark or in any way excuse it. It's inexcusable. He could have easily found a more diplomatic way to handle this and still be business-minded.

The same thing is going on for Patrick Swayze as well. Whenever a celebrity is reported to be near death's door/terminally ill they always have people snooping for the latest scoop.

They are not at all concerned about their health and well being. They just want to be the first to report word of their death for profit. It's pathetic.

It is terrible. Neither Farrah nor Patrick were drinkers or anything like that. Patrick Swayze was a dancer for God's sake! So sad that both of them are going through this! I was at work the other day and my coworkers were looking up pictures of him on their Blackberry's, talking about how horrible he looked. However, when I Google his name (to find out how he's doing), I only came up with pictures of him from movies. The ones they were looking at were from the tabloids. Those are just awful!

I can't believe Larry Hackett would say something like that about Farrah. TERRIBLE! She does not deserve this. I don't think I am renewing my subscription to PEOPLE Magazine next year. They charge $112 for 1 year subscription. Anyways, I hope that Farrah somehow gets better. Larry should be ashamed for what he said.
