that you've seen the reruns so many times; you're now so tired of them?
For me, it's "SIENFELD", "FRIENDS", "CHEERS, and "THAT 70S SHOW".

It's so "bad" that I can watch about two minutes of an episode and immediately know which one it is! I should be tired of Seinfeld, but it's my all-time favorite, so I can't seem to pull myself away from it! Funny, but I can't think of any more right now!!! Chocoholic 05-28-2009, 07:05 PM I should be sick of The Simpsons by now... but I'm not! :D Wreckless 05-28-2009, 07:49 PM Yeah- The Fresh Prince of Bel Air My favorite show....I'm not sick of the show at all, but sick of Nick @ Nite & at Nick @ Nite for playing it- lol. They play the SAME episodes back to back each night constantly...Solomon knows what I mean- lol. I like staying up like I always do, late at night to watch them when it comes on Nick, but gets annoying... MickeyMac 05-28-2009, 09:58 PM Most of the shows I like I never tire of seeing over and over again. Just too many to list. browneyes106 05-28-2009, 10:43 PM I'm kind of tired of Full House reruns. Retro4Life 05-28-2009, 11:10 PM I'd say "Seinfeld" just because it doesn't hold up as well as I thought it would. And "Family Guy"...wow has Adult Swim bled that sucker to death... I got way burnt out on "Gilligan's Island" when I was young...could practically recite the dialogue from some episodes. But there are many that I never tire of. I can watch "Futurama" endlessly and still laugh at something new each time. browneyes106 05-29-2009, 12:43 AM I'd say "Seinfeld" just because it doesn't hold up as well as I thought it would. My local CW station plays episodes at 10 and 10:30 Mondays through Fridays. I do get tired of seeing reruns on the CW Station, Adult Swim and TBS. jimpickens 05-29-2009, 02:07 AM Everything mentioned including. I'm back to not being tired of it. TVFactFan 05-29-2009, 10:11 PM that you've seen the reruns so many times; you're now so tired of them? Full House Buffyboy323 05-30-2009, 05:42 PM Good Times Fresh Prince Sanford and Son George Lopez is becoming a close 4th-lol The Jeffersons hasn't made your list yet? LOL TVFactFan 05-30-2009, 05:45 PM The Jeffersons hasn't made your list yet? LOL Nope because it has never reran like Good Times and Sanford and Son. I'm far from having Jeffersons Burn out-lol Retro4Life 05-30-2009, 06:50 PM My mom and I used to watch "Are you Being Served?" on PBS for years, and towards the end there, we got pretty burnt out on it, despite the fact that we loved the show in general. There is a saturation point you reach with things, no matter how much you enjoy them. Your mind craves new stimulus (hopefully not a 700 billion dollar one, lol). It's like that for me with music, too. The Beatles will ALWAYS be my favorite group, but I go through periods where I need to stop listening to them for a while, so that I can get some perspective and then rediscover my love for them when I fire up their tunes at a later date. |
