JulieSomoski 05-28-2009, 12:12 AM I'm still missing Boston Legal. And, I also went with Kyle XY, to an extent - while this last season sucked, the first 2 seasons were still great television, and it's sad to see this show end so early.
I won't really miss it, but Without a Trace should not have been cancelled. Worst Week was also good - I can definitely live without it, though.
Nighthawk76 05-28-2009, 01:46 AM I really liked Life On Mars and am disappointed that it was taken off after only one season.
treky 05-28-2009, 02:00 AM I thought "THE SHIELD" & "TERMINATOR: THE SARAH CONNOR CRONICLES" were cancelled.
Other than that, I didn't watch any of the shows on the list, so I won't miss any of them.
comedyfreak 05-28-2009, 04:21 AM Didn't know the Unusuals were cancelled. I'll miss Boston Legal, Samantha Who? and Dirty Sexy MOney.
Lewis84 05-28-2009, 05:16 AM I'll miss According To Jim. Although in a way I can see why it would be in the show's best interest to end now, I'll still miss having it to look forward to. It's been a big part of my life for eight years, so it's hard to let that go.
I never did see The Unusuals, but that looked like it would've been a good show.
comedyfreak 05-28-2009, 08:22 AM I'll miss According To Jim. Although in a way I can see why it would be in the show's best interest to end now, I'll still miss having it to look forward to. It's been a big part of my life for eight years, so it's hard to let that go.
I could see it happening, Dana left the show one of the kids isn't seen and the other two had their roles reduced. Even Cheryl isn't on as much, they mignt not even have a final show as the sets have been destroyed.
Lewis84 05-28-2009, 08:43 AM I could see it happening, Dana left the show one of the kids isn't seen and the other two had their roles reduced. Even Cheryl isn't on as much, they mignt not even have a final show as the sets have been destroyed.
The series finale was filmed before they got rid of the set. It airs next Tuesday. Sounds like a good one too.
Lead characters disappearing is one of the reasons the show isn't as good as it used to be, in my opinion. It's just not the same without the whole group there. Thankfully though, Gracie came back this past Tuesday! :) And Dana will be returning next week for the finale, along with husband Ryan.
icecream 05-28-2009, 10:23 AM in order of how much I'll miss them
1. Privileged
2. Without a Trace
3. According to Jim
shows I'll miss that weren't on the list
Million Dollar Password
Surviving Suburbia
howierules86 05-28-2009, 12:58 PM My vote goes to Samantha Who?. I just got hooked on that show about two months ago, and I am very disappointed to see it go this soon.
Buffyboy323 05-28-2009, 11:39 PM The ended
ER - It was very difficult to say goodbye. ER is the best show ever, IMO. There's been nothing else like it, nor will there ever be. I've never been more invested in a show. I will miss it dearly, but it was the perfect time to end it.
Battlestar Galactica - Another one I will truly miss. Hour after hour it continued to deliver. I think it will go down in history as one of the most intense, engaging, and unique dramas of all time. It's definitely a "modern classic."
The canceled
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles - I've always been a huge fan of the Terminator franshise. So like any Sci-fi geek would be, I was a little nervous when I heard they were making a show that took place after T2 (one of my favorite movies). The first few episodes were ok, it went downhill for a little while, then eventually bounced back (due in large part to a former 90210'er...). Overall, FOX aired 31 decent episodes of television. I don't know when that will happen again. Like many shows before it, FOX pulled the plug on this one too soon.
Samantha Who? - I didn't watch every episode, but I did watch on occasion, and I had a good time. Christina Applegate is a gem. I hope she comes back with a new show soon.
OTHER: King of The Hill - I can't believe I forgot to put this in the poll! I stopped watching the show for a long time, but over the last year I've become a fan again. For a show with 13 years and over 250 episodes under it's belt, is a half-hour series finale too much to ask for? FOX sucks!
jimpickens 05-29-2009, 02:14 AM My Name Is Earl and King Of The Hill
peachysquirt21 05-29-2009, 08:14 AM I will really miss Dirty Sexy Money, Life On Mars & Pushing Daisies. :(

knight rider did they get season fienal? they need to make one. i might buy it when it comes on dvd. i got the first tv move on taped dvd i made.
tv star collector 05-31-2009, 08:30 AM I'll miss Moonlight (not listed), but I got the complete series on DVD. I
just wish they had made more than 16 episodes.
I'll also miss King of the Hill, another show not listed.
DLevine2 05-31-2009, 08:49 AM I also missed Pushing Daisies, My Name is Earl, Samantha Who?, and Worst Week.
Chain Gang Member 05-31-2009, 12:04 PM Reaper although I keep hearing people on Youtube talking about ABC picking it up which will only happen in mid-season if it does. But I still won't get my hopes up.I'll just buy the DVD next week.ALso I'll mis Kyle XY because it also had a bad ending because we'll never know if Kyle ended up with Amanda or Jesse(I hope it was Amanda :))
ryan423 05-31-2009, 12:52 PM ER was the only show I watched this past season which ended. Worst Week was quality television no matter what critics or ratings might have said but the show only needed one season. It was that type of show.
For those who don't know, next Saturday at 8:30pm est CBS will be showing an unaired episode entitled "The Party." I believe it was the last episode filmed.
Mr. Television 05-31-2009, 01:11 PM The Shield, Prison Break and My Name is Earl

comedyfreak 06-11-2009, 09:03 PM I missed the last 4 shows of According To Jim and I got to see them for free on demand.
Will and Grace Fanatic 06-12-2009, 02:45 AM I'm gonna miss Samantha Who. It was still pretty darn funny, but ABC messed with it's ratings by switching its nights and times.
