I just finally saw this movie after been wanting to see it for years. Its the story of a poor Jamacian man who moves to the big city in dreams of becoming a singer, but winds up a notorious outlaw. He wanted fame and he got it. This has been a cult classic for years and a favorite at the midnight movies and now I see why. Besides being a great film the soundtrack is outstanding. I'm not the worlds biggest reagge fan but this movie does have some killer tunes. The star of the movie is reagge singer Jimmy Cliff who was becoming quite a celebrity before he decided to go into seclusion. If he handt done that he would have been as big as Bob Marley. Anyway I reccomend this film, and yall should check it out. :thumbsup:
