A great character actor, I remember him mostly for his stint on "Chico and the Man", and as the ill fated groundskeeper from "The Shining".

Of course, I can't think of him without hearing the phrase "the Hong Kong book of Kung Fu!" either! ;)

I was always a fan of Scatman. I loved him in Chico and the Man and also in Bronco Billy. Of course he was also the voice of my favorite cartoon character Hong Kong Phooey. Happy Birthday Scatman. We miss you. :birthday:

I was just watching him in "The Cheap Detective" the other day. That man had the funniest expressions. LOL Jeepers Creepers! LOL
