I was wondering if there is a site on the web that is dedicated to showing classic tv shows, and nothing but. I know there are places like hulu, and aol video which shows some classics mixed in with current shows. But they don't have that many and all the sites seem to have the same shows (which, unlike the current shows, never get updated). It seems to me that there should be a place for classic tv fans, like myself to go and watch a wide verity of timeless classics. Is there such a place, or should I jump-start that time machine!
I've got a better one for you Retro TV Fan. It's called TV4U and it's one of my favorite sites on the web. It has a very wide selection of classic TV series, and nothing but, that are mainly of the public domain variety but they also throw in a few others that other sites don't have. There are shows on here that go all the way back to the late 1940s when TV first began and at least 50 from the year 1950. I'm positive that you will find some stuff that you will like on here because there's lots to choose from. The site has 48 different channels covering a wide range of topics such as: Sitcoms, Movies, Sports, Game Shows, Variety Series, Westerns, Cartoons (known as Hi Tops), and other goodies that you'll have to see for yourself. Just follow the drop-down menu and choose from the many options. Pick your favourite categories and series and then relax. If you have any questions at all, you can ask me anytime and I'll be thrilled to help. For now, enjoy!
