South Park- Loved it in college. Now, I think it's just vulgar and disgusting.

Everybody Loves Raymond- Liked it at first, but I just find it so obnoxious and unfunny now. Definitely one of the most overrated sitcoms ever.

Full House, Family Matters, Step by Step, ALF- and most other shows I watched in grade school.

Friends. Ugh...I watched it a little in college. WHY OH WHY?? I was too homesick to make good decisions.

Family Matters - but I still like the episodes before it became completely Urkel-centric.

Full House - every once in a blue moon, I'll be flipping channels and see a rerun. Watching an entire episode is enough to put anyone in a diabetic coma!!

Baby Talk - Enough said??

You should never feel embarrassed about television shows you enjoy(ed). Tastes evolve and change, nothing more.

Welcome Back, Kotter, Laverne and Shirley, The Amazing SpiderMan (live action), Wonder Woman (still love Lynda Carter but the show just doesn't hold up on any level other than camp anymore), Alice, The Jeffersons, and I'm sure many more I can't think of right now.

Half of the TV shows I watched either as an adult I've finally realized just how ****ty and corny these shows are or due to allot of grief and ridicule I received for watching them.

Those are all great shows and I can't say I'm embarrassed- I loved them and still do. Wonder Woman and The Amazing Spiderman are still excellent, and I'll take them any day over the majority of crap that's on TV today.

I think of the ones you picked, Perfect Strangers has actually held up the best. It still makes me laugh today. Step By Step was very good the first three seasons or so, and went downhill with the addition of the baby. Full House - they should slap a saccharine warning on the DVDs/reruns. puke:

I hate to admit it, but just like Brian I watched Small Wonder back in the day. I also used to watch reruns of What's Happening. Also, as I get older, I am starting to think the syndicated version of Charles In Charge really wasn't very good. I think the network version is still great, but the syndicated version just doesn't seem to appeal to me anymore.

I actually enjoyed the syndicated version of CIC, but that's just me. I remember the syndicated versions the most, though. I was so glad to see them when it on My9 before My9 changed its format back in 2004 or 2005. It showed the CBS version and then the syndicated episodes, but there were so out of order. But at least I have DVDs of Seasons 1-3. I am willing to get 4.

I use to like Small Wonder and watched every week when it was on. The true classics from the 60's I will never stop liking. My current guilty pleasures would be watching iCarly, Hannah Montana, and True Jackson VP:eek: They're too funny though.

I get a kick out of Drake and Josh. I watched iCarly once in a waiting room and was enjoying it. I don't seek either out, but they aren't the worst thing I've ever seen.

There is just a sweetness and family feeling to the first season that is missing from the other seasons.

lois and clark - i used to watch because i thought dean and teri were a cute onscreen couple and thought dean himself was cute. but when it was released on dvd and i bought it, i realized after some viewing i outgrew the show. i understand it was a fantasy shows, but a lot of the storylines were weak and i realized dean was a very wooden actor. he did improve over the seaons but when put against better actors his lack of skills showed. it was sometimes cringeworthy.

any reality show i ever watched comes to mind too. especially all those vh1 shows i watched! they are mindless and so trashy. at first i'd tune in for the shock value but after watching endless shows with these skanks acting like common street hookers, the shows really become sad commentaries on todays society.even little people big world, i found that show so inspirational when it first started but the family has gone "hollywood" and the show is a former shell of what its original premise was.

I agree.....I think Charles Callahan's Grandpa character in the syndicated years was just too darn annoying--always on Charles' case for the littlest thing. I wanted to bi***slap him. He's the reason I avoid reruns.

The Simpsons. During my senior year of high school the show started, and I fell into the trap of buying the hype. I eventually loved the show for the next five years. In 1994 I started to question my decision to devote a half hour a week to this show. It took me 7½ years to escape that trap. I have not watched an episode since 1997.

I'm currently watching Mr. Belvedere on DVD and I am happy to say that it has held up very well. I still enjoy it. An added bonus was that some of the writers/producers/directors of Barney Miller also worked on Mr. Belvedere, and they brought their special brand of dry, sarcastic (but never mean-spirited!), and TIMELESS humor to the show. :D

Pokemon - Loved it during my middle school years, just plain insipid and dumb now and the new characters and the exit of Misty in recent years doesn't help matters.

Barney and Friends - Watched it as a kid, regretted it now! Everytime I hear any of the songs that play on that show, I just wanna shoot myself.

I'm not actually embarrased to say that I liked this show but the only reason I tuned in was to fantasize about Nikki Cox.

I don't even remember what the show was about but I know her father had a muppet in the basement (which I found stupid even back then), the mother got killed off and brought back without explanation, one son went on to Entourage and the youngest one went to Malcolm in the Middle.

I actually would like to see this come to DVD. It hasn't been released or even aired in years.

Geoffrey Pierson was on that show, right? He also appeared on Grace Under Fire and is now married to actress Cali Timmons. They met while both starring on the now-defunct ABC soap Ryan's Hope.

Speaking of Nikki Cox - what did she do to herself?? Talk about overbotoxed - she looks awful!!

Yes, Pierson was Mr. Malloy with that muppet. In recent years he had short stints on 24 and Dexter which I've seen him on.

I don't know what's up with Nikki Cox. Don't know why she did that to herself.

I also never got into Nikki. I started to watch it, again, just because of her but the show was so bad that I couldn't watch it anymore after a few viewings.

I used to really like the Simpsons until it just became old, worn out and stupid. The show has been on for too long and has just isn't funny anymore. What really turned me off was on an episode when Bart said that Christmas was a celebration of Santa's birth. That was the last straw. I don't find anything funny about a fat, lazy, stupid father, a juvenile deliquent son and a mother that puts up with all of it.

I used to really like Doug, Rugrats and Ren and Stimpy and then I grew up.

I still like Full House, Family Matters, Everybody Loves Raymond, Yes Dear, Friends, Mama's Family, Alf, The Golden Girls (I will always love this show), Fresh Prince.

I never liked George Lopez, South Park. I think South Park is vulgar, and stupid. I never liked Family Guy either, I think Stewie is psychotic and the show is not funny to me, I don't find anything funny at all about the show.

I know Seinfeld was a popular show but I never got into it. Same way with MASH. I never really got into Cheers either, but I love Frasier. I could never really Get Into Married with Children either. I thought it was disgusting and sexist.
