Until recently, the Sitcoms Online logo looked like this:

But in 2009, for Sitcoms Online's 10th Anniversary, the logo was changed to this:

The text in the first logo was in Cooper Black, the second was in a font that I don't know much about. I wish they had used the Kabel font in the second logo.

While Kabel is similar to the font I ultimately used, I can't say I'm a fan of the diamonds used on the i/j - and using all capitals was out of the question given my goals in designing the new logo.

What other fonts would be appropriate for the Sitcoms Online logo? When the first sitcoms online logo was unveiled, most of the text would have been lowercase instead of all caps.

I think the new logo looks great! Much brighter than the original one!

At the end of 2009, will the "tenth anniversary" part of the logo be removed?

Yes. Admittedly, there's a part of me that wants to keep the confetti, but we'll see. The 10th anniversary part's getting canned regardless though.

And apparently, you're also not a fan of the slanted bar on the lowercase 'e', eh? And you could also have tried other fonts like Spumoni and Curlz. Should have looked up Identifont for these and other great typefaces.

I like this one and the old. I like both but yeah, this new one is brighter.

The 10th Anniversary part waplaced with "All Sitcoms, All the Time!". I wish they didn't put in an exclamation point to the tagline, instead putting in a simple period (.), wnich would suffice.

And the original Sitcoms Online logo looked like the site were renamed "Burgers Online" or "Love Online", or even "Affectionacy Onlne".

And were there any other drafts to the new logo?
