View Full Version : WTF? Low Rated 'Dollhouse' Renewed Brian Damage 05-15-2009, 10:42 PM After being given up for dead by the media, Joss Whedon's "Dollhouse" has sprung back to life -- Fox will bring the show back for a second season. Mr. Television 05-15-2009, 10:45 PM The strangest renewal of them all. Fox renews Dollhouse with these ratings but couldn't give Back To You a second season with much higher ratings. I don't understand networks sometimes. Brian Damage 05-15-2009, 11:40 PM The strangest renewal of them all. Fox renews Dollhouse with these ratings but couldn't give Back To You a second season with much higher ratings. I don't understand networks sometimes. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, you know mw so well Sonny! That's exactly what I was thinking. robyrob 05-16-2009, 01:36 AM that makes even less sense than the storyline of Dollhouse! TJL 05-16-2009, 02:23 AM Didn't like Dollhouse one bit. I hope this means that FOX will give Sarah Conner Chronicles another season. Adamantium 05-16-2009, 05:47 AM In my thread about if I was in charge of NBC, I was so sure FOX was going to cancel "Dollhouse" that I picked it up for the Peacock network. News of this renewal means that I have to get my people to work late, figuring up a new show to put on in it's place. That's right "my people." You don't actually think I type up these posts myself do you? No, I have a group of writers that would be writing for television if they had any talent and HEY WHAT DO YOU MEAN IF WE HAD ANY TALENT?? TYPE IT YOURSELF!! k i type it myself um, let c i um sorry u all i cant type plz come bak thx In all honesty, I've never seen an episode of "Dollhouse", but am a fan of Whedon's work and plan on giving it a chance on DVD. I am surprised by this news, though. I wonder if Terminator comes back, though that's also a show I've never seen. FOX has made some weird decisions in the past. It's not a network we can trust or even understand. Like why did they keep "Arrested Development" on for three seasons and cancel "Andy Richter Controls the Universe" after only two short seasons? I enjoy both shows, but I resented AD for the longest time because of it. |
