Dear Nick at Nite Viewer Services,

I have a proposal for Nick at Nite: to make a deal with Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution for Nick at Nite to become the shared home (with TV Land) of the hit 1984-1992 sitcom "Night Court," which starred Harry Anderson as Judge Harold T. Stone, the criminal court judge in New York City's Night Court division. Harry's employees included Assistant D.A. Dan Fielding (played by John Larroquette), Court Matron Roz Russell (played by Marsha Warfield), Court Clerk Mac Robinson (played by Charlie Robinson), Defense Attorney Christine Sullivan (played by Markie Post), and Bailiff Bull Shannon (played by Richard Moll). Tentatively, Nick at Nite shall add "Night Court" to its regular lineup on Monday, January 4, 2010 with a week-long salute to the show titled "Nick at Nite Court," showcasing 70 episodes (10 episodes a night) featuring some of the best moments ever in "Night Court" history. After the marathon, TV Land shall showcase "Night Court" regularly weekday afternoons starting at 3 p.m. ET/PT, while Nick at Nite shall showcase "Night Court" regularly weeknights with back-to-back episodes at 11 p.m. ET/PT.

Sincerely,
Grundoon Katt

I don't think it will happen. I believe the real reason why WB pulled Night Court from TV Land was so they could bring in DVD sales. If the show is on TV less, people are more likely to buy the season sets.
