That he was from the Food and Drug Administration. Then he would have found out that he was nothing but a Carwash worker and not fro the FDA. Not sure why the man couldn't say-"Do you have a work ID or something verifying you are with the FDA?"

It would have been real bad if he recognized him from the car wash. The Neighborhood can't be that big either, and he probbably does his shopping at the same store.

That's a good point, he should have if that man was at the same job as James because where else would he have been shopping besides Borgen's?-lol

Umm, I don't think so, it was never said that the Car Wash was in the same neighborhood as the Evans Apartment building. Also when you go and get your car washed, you never really see or pay attention to the guys who are washing your car.

It could have been in the next town over. Also there are buses that run in Chicago. Poor folk without cars do ride the bus. Also from where the Evans Projects are located, about 2-3 miles over there is a very nice neighborhood, also downtown wasn't that far from the projects either.

Maybe they left the leftovers out of the fridge to make it even worse for him. Then again I wonder why they didn't even throw it away right away after it made them sick.

RIGHT!!!!!!!-LOL Another good point, why the hell would a roast that made the entire family sick still be in the fridge?-lol There has been times where a sandwich made me sick and I didn't let the other half stay in the fridge. I throw it away instantly-lol

When Flo figured out what it was that made the family sick, she went straight to her woman's group to start her picket line. Also if the family would have gotten sicker she could have used that beef as evidence.

If I cook something that made my family sick and I knew it was the meat and not my cooking. I'm the type of person who would take the rest of the meat back to the store and ask for my money back.

Which makes no sense. How could he not have gotten sick.

And that must have been a huge roast to split it with 6 people and still have leftovers like they did.

Also I don't remember the Evans briging a reciept. The manager could have easily said proove you bought it here.

Well, I know you could not survive in my house LOL. Once or twice a month I cook meatloaf. I can understand not liking roast because we don't eat beef in my house. But meatloaf is delish.

I never understood the point of it, it's nothing but hamburger and why not just make patties and put it on a roll?-lol

it's meat with filler that can feed a family. I love meatloaf, taste great, filling, cheap to make. The leftovers makes great sandwiches. I do not use beef when I make meatloaf, I use turkey. We aren't beef eaters in my house.
