I was wondering if we were allowed to post media for others to download? I have Bea's broadway CD Just Between Friends and thought about sharing it with others who might not have it, but I wanted to check to see if we were allowed to post such items.

I skimmed the rules but didn't see anything about it, unless I missed something.

What kind of format is it, because I cannot seem to open it with iTunes or Windows Media Player?

How did you open ratherbwatchingGG?

It's a .rar file. You will need WinRAR or 7-Zip. 7-Zip is free to use. Just right click on the Bea file and click extract and it will make a folder with all the .mp3 files. :)

Thank you so much Me-Hostage! That was such a generous and thoughtful thing to do!

I really appreciate is! I was considering buying the CD right after Bea passed away, but then I got 'cheap', so I'm so happy that I get to listen to it!

Thanks again!

There you go! ;) Glad you got the advice to access the files.

Actually I purchased the songs from itunes sometime ago before Bea's passing.

I spent quite a bit of time in NYC back then (2002) when she did her one woman show. I can kick myself now for never going up to the box office and buying tickets to her show (instead I wasted money on some forgettable B'way musicals). For some reason, I figured the show would run for a few years, and I would catch it at some point. I did buy the CD though.

The other show that was playing around the same time (early part of this decade) was "Elaine Stritch At Liberty". Again, I walked by the theater countless times - and never got a ticket (but I do have the Cd and recorded the HBO special). Between these two legendary women, I like the Stritch show a bit better.
