The Two part episode at the beginning of season 6 which is Shotgun Wedding when season 6 is released pn DVD?. Since Part 2 is a Laverne and Shirley episode wondering how they would handle the part 2 episode? I think part 2 has a L&S feel to it so would they just replace the HD opening credits with the L&S opening credits for Part 2? Interesting to see how they handle it.
The Worst thing they can do it include the Syndicated ending on the DVD and act like there is no part 2

I like to see them include both the L&S episode AND the syndicated ending
- they really should start adding the syndicated-only bits

Part two is an episode of Laverne & Shirley with Laverne & Shirley credits and the Laverne & Shirley cast.
For the Happy Days season-seven (yes, the seventh season, not the sixth) DVD set (assuming they get that far), I think they should include the "Shotgun Wedding" episode exactly as it originally aired. As bonus features, they could include the syndicated ending as well as the entire Laverne & Shirley "Shotgun Wedding" episode.

But only the L&S ep would need to be added as a bonus not the syndicated ending since we already seen that on TV Land

I was thinking the same thing. They could include the L&S shotgun wedding ep. as a bonus feature on the DVD set.

Why not include it, though? It's not going to hurt anything. It's a part of the show's history and should be included as a bonus.

why would you need to see the syndicated ending?
because I want to see everything complete - meaning the few scenes in different episodes that were added just for syndication
like the Mork episode, the first Christmas episode, etc.

So since I had the seasons mixed up, the season with the introduction of MORK is already out? Or would that be the next release?

Season 5 (with Mork's first visit) hasn't been released yet. Season 7 has 'Shotgun Wedding'.
I would like to see Paramount do what Universal did with some of their crossover episodes. Murder, She Wrote had crossover episodes that continued on either Simon & Simon or Magnum P.I., so Universal put the Magnum P.I. or Simon & Simon episode as a bonus. Universal owned these three shows so it didn't matter.
So what I'm saying is that Season 5 of Laverne & Shirley could have the Happy Days portion of Shotgun Wedding as an extra for that set if Paramount was smart and Season 7 of Happy Days could have the Laverne & Shirley portion of Shotgun Wedding as an extra for that set too!

I agree with that completely. We're only talking about the addition of one extra episode of HD on L&S or vice-versa. Put them in there to give viewers the story as it was originally intended to be seen...!
