Hey folks for some reason didn't the yacht they were on blow up and you see it. I can't remember,i had this and other episodes recorded on VHS years ago but got rid of it. I got the DVD now but it was not shown at all is it on the US release,i thought it was on the show.

There is also on some episodes for some reason don't make sense for example episode 172 How To Marry A Millionaire. Their is a part where Cliffy ex girl says Sam had a talk to her about Cliffy blind problem.I never seen it on the episode. This was towards the end of the episode before she ask Cliffy if she can be his Girl.

The only part where someone discussed Cliffy being odd to her was when Frasier said something to her at the bar.

These are both on Season 8.

I've seen original syndicated runs & remastered versions of this episode. Dont ever recall seeing the actual explosion.

Remember, Cheers was a 3-camera, live studio audience sitcom. There was no visual presentation of the explosion of Robin's boat, "The Rebecca." You see Sam, Carla and Norm panicking before the blast, and talking about it afterward.

I remember only 1 on-camera explosion, from the Bar Wars episode in the tenth season, where Sam has annoyed the new mob owner of Gary's, and the Cheers front door is blown open.
