View Full Version : Compare the MASH gang to other TV characters Chocoholic 05-07-2009, 07:45 PM Trapper-Brian (Wings) Charles- Dr. Fraiser Crane early Hawkeye- Sam (Cheers) Rosslover 01-22-2010, 01:00 AM Hawkeye could be compared to Clooney's DR Doug Ross on ER he was a womanizer who drank , his work was important he crusaded for human rights and broke the rules. Early Margaret could be compared to Dr Kerry Weaver..her strictness and military rules alienated her from the other nurses Frank could be compared to a character in Band of Brothers..Capt Sobel because his men hated him Miss Lisa 02-03-2010, 12:04 AM Hmmm....well, being a huge House MD fan, I would naturally compare Hawkeye to House because they're both rebelious, can get what they want whenever, like to drink and are womanizers. Then, Margaret to Cuddy. They both are perfectionists, don't have luck with love, want to see everything as it should be. You can agree or disagree, that's just my opinion. catlover79 02-03-2010, 01:09 AM ^ Good call on the Margaret/Cuddy similarities. That said, I think I'd rather hang out with Cuddy - she's not nearly as scary as Margaret. Chocoholic 02-04-2010, 05:06 PM Hawkeye could be compared to Clooney's DR Doug Ross on ER he was a womanizer who drank , his work was important he crusaded for human rights and broke the rules. Early Margaret could be compared to Dr Kerry Weaver..her strictness and military rules alienated her from the other nurses I didn't even think of those two. Good call! Miss Lisa 02-19-2010, 07:20 AM I think maybe Margaret and Frank could be compared to Dwight and Angela from the Office. Both Margaret and Angela are strictly business and uptight. Dwight and Frank both think they have more power where they work than they do and they think that they are superior when no one really takes them seriously. And last butn ot least, Dwight and Angela have a secret affair going on, just like Margaret and Frank did. |
