The Former Full House Actress is Facing a Lawsuite from her home owners Association over Claims she owes over & 1, 185 in due late Charges and fees leting to her Corona California Home.



Attorneys working for sycamore hills Commuunity Filed The Suite against Sweetinin the smalls Claims Court Last Month.



But Sweetin hit Back at the suite insisting she moved out of The Residence Last Year Last Year Fllowing The Split From Herpin Last Moth.



She Claims Living with Her Mother Leaveing Her Former Partner Looking after The House they used to Share.



A representative For Sweetin tell Radar Online Jodie Moved out of this House 6 month's ago and and has bveen living with her mother ever since He was supposed to Pay all the bills on the house and he was supposed to get a job but looks like he is.t doing either of theses things he hasn't worked at all since he Latch onto Jodie he's Like a Guy who got Married and Never worked and Now Want's Money and Custody.


The Former Couple who Legally Separated in November are Currently Fighting for Custody of there 12 Montrh old Daughter Zoie.


The Lawsuite will go to Trial on July 14, 2009.
