View Full Version : This is the definition of a NBA Analyst who doesn't do homework
TVFactFan 05-06-2009, 01:34 AM PJ Carlisemo, TNT analyst wanted the Viewers to know even though the Mavs are down 20 to the Nuggets, they are 17-1 at home since the All Star Break
That was one loss was to the Nuggets, 103-101
LOL, so what was the point of bringing up the stat?
Wreckless 05-06-2009, 01:35 AM it's the playoffs now, not the regular season....

But the LOSS was to the team they are down 2-0 to in the series so their home record since Feb meant nothing-lol
PJ should be fired
Wreckless 05-06-2009, 01:45 AM Yeah that's true- but they could easily win 2 at home, and tie the series 2-2 again...

As long as the Nuggets have K-Mart, Birdman, and Melo, no way are the Mavs winning 2 straight games
you can put your paycheck on that

Big C 05-06-2009, 02:06 AM Sol, are you saying Dallas should just give up?

No, it was just a dumb stat. Why point out how good dallas has been at home when their only and only loss was to the team they are down 2-0 to? 17-1 and the 1 loss was to the Nuggets so what is the point in bringing up the record?

When you're good at home, it gives you reason to believe.

But Denver was good enough to beat them in Dallas-lol
Denver will win one of the games in Dallas and close the series out in Game 5
