Do any of you remember the case with the girl that had gone missing, and the guy who drove up into the woods and stumbled on a camp where this girl was tied up with a drugged out look on her face and the 3 creepy guys who jumped at his car to scare him away? What case was that?

I believe you're thinking of the case of Kimberly Pandelios. Her case was solved, and, if you believe the right man was convicted, then the incident with the blonde woman at the campsite was either untrue or unrelated. That witness was called to testify for the defense in the trial, though. The jury clearly rejected it.
Here is an article about the case (http://www.thefreelibrary.com/LIFE+AND+DEATH+OF+A+MODEL+14+YEARS+AFTER+KIM+PANDELIOS'+MURDER,...-a0142897876).

Would anyone else here besides me vote for "untrue" rather than "unrelated"? I just re-watched the segment, and thought that it was highly ironic that (a) "Jeff" (aka Brad Leon) saw a woman who looked just like Kimberly Pandelios with three biker-types less than 50 yards from where her body was discovered, merely two days after she disappeared, which was also suspected to be the day she was murdered, (b) when evidence (and an ensuing jury conviction) seems to indicate that David Rademaker was the sole murderer.
Sure, it is possible that he saw this, and that it was a different (albeit similarly-looking woman), and that the "campers" packed up and left, only to have that same spot, merely hours later, become either a murder scene or a dumping ground for a murder victim who looked almost identical to the woman who was just camping there, but the chances of this happening are astronomically small, almost nil.
Three possibilities:
1. This highly, highly unlikely set of events actually did happen.
2. "Jeff" actually did see Kimberly Pandelios and these guys are involved. Or:
3. "Jeff" made up a story to get attention, or because he has some kind of weird sexual perversion whereby "connecting" himself to the case of a beautiful young model gave him some kind of sexual kick.
Anyone want to comment on this?

4. It could be a another woman that the bikers were planning to have fun with. It could be consensual even. Maybe she is a biker "mama" of sorts.
5. It could be a pornographic shoot of some sort. Or even some amateur role play fantasy
6. Perhaps it is some other woman that is being captured as a "marker" for payment from someone
7. Perhaps she is a battered wife of one of these bikers.
