Up until now, from February 9th, we knew Alex Rodriguez had been caught with allegations of steroid ue, first denied last year on 60 Minutes with Katie Curic, then confirmed allegations in sit down interview in February with ESPN writer Peter Gammons- but pointed out that steroid use was only prominent in Rodriguez's years as a Texas Rangers, and with no other team. Then in March during Spring Training in Tampa Bay before a game, Rodriguez continuing the claims of the 'roid use in a press conference in front of media, with NYY teammates and agent Scott Boras by his side. "A-Rod" then continued to claim he took roids with a unnamed cousin and took a steroid known to the streets as "boli" (what is known as premobolin). Rodriguez rehabbed and was waiting on a May 15th comeback, coming up- until claims surfaced TODAY from writer Selena Roberts, from her "A-Rod" book, that Rodriguez had not only used steroids BEFORE the texas rangers years, but since high school up until then, and after- as a New York Yankee. Roberts' book claims in his Yankee years, from an unnamed source, A-Rod was seen with then Yankess SP and legend Kevin Brown; having a conversation about HGH (Human Growth Hormone). Jose Conseco, a well-known juicer had alleged before about AR's use and now, claims of his high school years in Florida say Rodriguez bulked up, and went from lifting around 100 pounds in the weight room, to 300 in a matter of 5-6 months that year. Rodriguez today does not confirm or deny all of these claims, but agrees that it would have been put out & now fans will speculate Rodriguez's integrity and word. To make matters worst, pages from the A-Rod book also allege Alex used to "tip" Major League pitchers in the past. Furthermore, Rodriguez would tip hitters of the opposite team each day on what the pitchers of his starting rotation's team would throw that day, and would expect a tip back, as in= having their pitchers throw Rodriguez pitches he could hit out of the ballpark to boost his homerun tally for the year and in general. Selena Roberts' book is set to hit shelves in the next few days.
