It frustrates me to see yet another member complain about Bman

For those who haven't read the previous complaints, including mine- Let me sum up.

If you do NOT want to be left hanging, be left frustrated, or be exhasperated-
When you agree to trade BMAN, you MUST insist he send first.
Period- that is all there is to it.

I have had 11, ELEVEN separate complaints from 11, ELEVEN different users over the length of time, and the excuses involved in trades involved with him

Some excuses overlap, some excuses are duplicate excuses- and 85% involve lost packages-But regardless, there are constant delays, constant excuses and constant waits of time.

Due to the amount of complaints and the predictable, and consistant behavior with these delays he is on the bad trader list, with links of reference, so that traders are forewarned.

Insist on tracking confirmation, its free if you use flat rate priority, and its 1.30 if not- offer to send a couple extra discs to get this added to your trade if that is what it takes
But insist on tracking confirmation, because its the only way you will KNOW it has been sent.

My personal experience with Bman backed up every complaint I had ever gotten- and to this day (as of today) there are still complaints, that read like identical stories.

Don't run off his discs immediately, and don't send immediately. That is my suggestion if you plan on trading him-
I can't imagine ANYTHING he has, that is worth the frustration of waiting, wondering and being told excuse after excuse.

And Bman, I say this directly to you- , how your able to still remain in a trading community, is not due to your trading habits- its due to the community being naive, over forgiving or simply unaware of how you trade. It comes down to 1 of 2 things.
1- Your excsues are honest, in which case you don't have the time to trade, and should be taking preventative measures for lost pacakges- since according to your own posts and previous complaints you have lost, 9 packages-for example

or
2- (and more likely) your just handing out excuses that come to mind for your delays- which this pattern has been a point of complaint for over 2 years- and you haven't taken steps to change, or cease lying about.

Either way, its a selfish way to trade- and my hope is that others who encountered you SEE this thread, and step up and post-

Each time there is a problem you post, you sooth, and you vow to send, and correct the problem.

BAD traders make excuses
GOOD traders make changes

a few other notes from this site- everything gets resolved in the end- right- but how long does it take each time?
And ask yourself why there is a problem so often. Because if you aren't taking steps to avoid them, your not being fair in your trades.

It's all a moot point, now B-Man has shown his true colors.

That's why I made the post.

when I traded him, I got excuses on why i didn't get my discs-
In repeated fashion- Monday turned to Friday, Friday turned to next week- etc.
I did get them, it took 3 months- But it dragged out, and there was a gap where I got no reply at all-
When I finally did, he was upset with me, explaining (more defending) he had a really busy schedule, and trading wasn't his whole world.

Well I gave consideration to the fact that I am, pretty engaged in trading, and made no public mention.
Until, in 3 months time 4 others traders contacted me, inquiring if THEY were the only ones. And had similar situations, and similar excuses.
And I removed him from my site due to the growing numbers, and his attitude each time was, he would send, stop doubting him basically- more annoyed with being called out on it, than seemingly concerned to avoid it happening again.
Taking steps on my site- I let the situation go, until I saw 2 seperate threads here, in which the moderator had stepped in- So I spoke up-
Then 2 more users came to me, and I made reference on the bad trader list, that you may want to have him send first.
Or, he may have wanted to let users know AHEAD of time, he has a history of delays and to let them received first-

Right now, I am aware that he also owes Pupil1313- could be more-
So despite the fact I am sure I have stepped on his toes posting, the majority of traders here are verteran traders like yourself Cpt Spiffy, and certainly if anything deserve better communication (in my opinion)

I am curious, he has owed Pupil for over a month, seemingly you too- So it seems he set up both trades at around the same time.
Maybe thats why the delay..as you said too much at one time

Well I for one, hope you will keep giving new traders a try.

There are some risks in this hobby, quite clearly-

I know I try to update the bad trader lists everywhere, and I always encourage feedback and community awareness-
but no matter, someone will eventually get scammed, or a trade won't work in their favor.
But if we throw our hands up and don't give new traders a try, we won't have any new blood, items or shows.
Plus, it punishes the 99% good NEW traders, for one bad apple.

If someone is worried about trading someone new, they can always post a trader check - a good trader, shouldn't mind being questioned.
Or they can contact a moderator quietly-
You can ask them to send first, or do a partial trade- or I know in the past I have had both traders send to me,and then sent to one another, after both parts got here-

We are a community, and that is why communication is ever so important.
But hopefully you won't be discouraged and eliminate all new traders, due to this circumstance, or any one circumstance.
We all have to build our reputation sometime, somewhere- everyone is new at the start :)

Once something is said on the internet, its set in stone- so we all have to be careful to only pass on, accurate information-
And as well, relevant -

Something posted as vague as that, can lead to a lot of trouble- so we all need to be careful when we post its something we know, not overheard or was passed on to us.

Reputations can be bruised quite easily that way-

*meanwhile I received a note from a user who was curious why I "LET" a user continue bad trading habits.
Understand I am just a member here- deeply involved in the community, true- and I post to try to benefit the trading community as a whole.
However I have no abilities here, other than passing on information, and informing the owner and moderators if a situation presents itself that they may want to step in on-

My posts are for community awareness, in hopes a situation so doesn't reoccur- but I have no abilities here to remove users in question.

I have contacted Bman about this situation and asked him to take care of all of his trades as soon as possible.

If anyone else is waiting on a trade from him please contact me in this thread or through private message.

My primary concern is making sure that everyone gets what is owed to them as soon as possible; what happens to Bman from here all depends on what he chooses to do to take care of this situation.

well, so far Bman has decided to NOT return any of my messages, and has not made any efforts to make good on any of his outstanding trades

as of today he has been suspended, anyone that he currently owes disks to please let me know if he actually does send anything to you.
