Army Archerd hosted the E.T. pilot only then Ron Hendren and Dixie Whatley took over from there.

No. After the Archerd-hosted pilot, Hendren was initially joined by Tom Hallick, a former soap actor, and onetime Miss World [?] Marjorie Wallace. After a short time, Wallace and Hallick were dumped and Whatley took Wallace's spot [the third spot was never filled].

Oops, Thanks for the correction. I was in a hurry and didn't fully do my research. I'd should know better after 35 years of doing this stuff. :rolleyes:
