I've always loved to write. I hope to have a book published before I die. I've been thinking that I would like it to be a children's book. When I took creative writing in college, even though I was in my mid-20's, the professor (a published author himself) said that I still had a great knack for writing both children and teenagers. He (and the class) said that my kids and teens talked and acted like real ones. Also, when you are dealing with children's literature, the sky is the limit in what you can write. After all, kids don't care about the logic of a story or if it is believable, they just want to be entertained, to laugh and by moved.

For me, it's pretty simple. I would like to see some of my closest internet friends in person before I die. There's so many people, particularly from SO who I'm very close with, and I'd be crushed if I never got the chance to meet them face to face.

I fully intend to go around the world. I love to travel, I've been to 16 countries, but there's just so much I haven't seen yet. Someday.

I think I'd go for that genre too, much of the reason being that I watch that generation all day long. But then again, I'm not sure where my ideas would fit in.

I, too, would like to a be a writer. Only, I want to be a Christian writer.

One thing before I die?
So many options... but to only pick one is so difficult.
I want to find an extraordinary man that I can fall madly in love with and spend the rest of my life with.
As much as I would want to have kids, become a music professor, have all my friends truly understand how much they mean to me, hug everyone I love once more maybe :bighug:.... my first choice is to find my future husband. :D

I would like to do something important or meaningful but right now I have no idea what that might be. it would be nice to live long enough to find out.

That's a good but hard question. Especially since you're only limiting the question to one thing before you die. I would say, put out a double disc album, through my music. If I put out my best, and it was all I could put out, I would.

oh and i'm making mine 3 things...also i'd like to fall in love with a beatiful but down to earth, chill woman who loves me for me, not for money or a bullsh*t reason, but for me...and start a life with her from these experiences.

also, I would like to do something important and meaningful for the world like the dude above me said....i don't know exactly what though...but yeah.

Well, I'm already writing my first book, so...

I'm not really sure about one specific thing, I'd love to travel, find my soul mate, and hopefully meet Wayne Rogers one of these days ;)

WOW, just one thing; there are too many things I would love to accomplish before I die; the number one is to see all the bands that I have a desire to perform live; second would to travel to places I have never been to before...

It's hard to pick just one thing. For me, I would love to be in a TV show, or be involved in some area of the entertainment industry. I would also like to get married and have kids, visit every state in the US, and then visit Europe. :D

RUN!!! Now, that may sound silly; but unfortunately I haven't been able to do that in YEARS.:(

I'd love to hit the lottery for an insanely huge amount of money. I'd take care of my loved ones, and that includes a few dear friends here. I'd set myself up in a house on the beach (Hawaii or Aruba). I'd never cook or clean again. :D

With the rest, I'd split it up. One half would go towards helping abused and disadvantaged children. The other half would be help animals in need. That's more of a wish. Speaking realistically, I'd love my husband and I to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.
